I was most impressed with the online customer service. The speed of the service request was exceptional. I had a problem with delivery. Upon submitting a ticket, the customer service department was quick to supply an answer to my request. Even the refund was delivered with speed.
I ordered swim dress from Liligal.com. I have to say it is much better than I expected it to be. The colors are beautiful and strong. The size fits perfectly. I will order another piece, just in different color.
I am pleased with my merchandise, however, I wish it didnt take so long to get it. I like the way the clothes look on me and I get a lot of compliments whenever I wear something from Rotita.

I'm getting creepy ads from liligal and rotita that are obviously based on my prior internet history. The clothes on both sites appear to be the same, and, according to other customers, the two companies are the same as lulugal.
I researched these two companies before buying because I'd had similar problems with aliexpress. From all the stories I've found since then about Chinese companies, I consider myself lucky that I'm only out about $12.
I reported my experience to the relevant consumer protection bodies of my country's government and a national consumer protection television program. I encourage all other cheated customers to do so as well, to add to the mountain of complaints they get for companies like these... which is usually what it takes for something to be done. Obviously, research any company before doing business with them. We've grown too accustomed to good online retailers, and the bad ones are taking advantage of that.
And I hate the fact that all these companies are giving racists an excuse... especially as a Chinese person.
I like the style and comfort of this top and would look at other items that I might order. FYI - it take a while to ship your item once order so please be aware of that in advance.
After threatening them with the US Consumer Affairs Dept. I was notified that my refund had been issued through Paypal. I received it in about 7 days. They had offered a store credit before and I told them I didnt want their merchandise. What a hassle. I wish I had looked into all their reviews prior to ordering. Unless you are Asian size, their clothing is not acceptable for US buyers. I cant speak to quality and construction because they never shipped my order. Buyer Beware! It seems they are using the new name Lulus same catalog exactly.
I received an email asking for me to confirm that my delivery address was different than my credit card address. My mail goes to my business and I wanted clothes delivered to my home. THEY were on holiday for 2+ weeks so I knew there would be a delay in shipping. I got 5 exact emails email for me to confirm delivery address. I answered each one with the explanation. I even went to the sight and confirmed that they had gotten my message and had replied with confirmation. Today they sent email that order was canceled and funds had been disbursed. They have not refunded $$$. Do not, DO NOT order from these dumb asxes! Go flush your money down the toilet. Ill retract this review if I get my money but Im not holding my breath. Thank goodness I can afford the loss and I wont be going nude.; 0{.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Took forever to get the dress and once we got it, it was poor quality and not what was pictured on website. Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
