My black dressy tunic is perfect with leggings. I ordered a size medium and it fit perfectly. The blue shirt with sequins is so soft and can be worn for a dressy occasion or with cute jeans! Love both of my purchases from LiliGal, and will definitely be ordering again.

Poor customer service. Got my money, but I can't get my order processed much less shipped. 10 day guaranteed processing is now at 25 days. Response to my inquiry was they were flooded with orders and closed a week for New Year celebration. Will get to my order when they get to it.

I have ordered a dress and a blouse. They fit perfect and the material was very nice. The only thing that is bad is the time it takes to get the items. I was so happy with my last two orders I ordered two more dresses and can't wait to get them.

I placed an order in good faith and even prepaid--the day the order was supposed to get to my home (March 7,2018) I received an email that it would be April or May instead and that they would have to break the order into several shippings. They said nothing about this when I ordered. They do not publish a phone number, and trying to follow the directions of return and refund is impossible--one screen leads to another and so and so and so and so. After I spent an hour trying, I never reached the end to where I could actually cancel and ask for a refund.

Upon checking out the various reviews on this site regarding Liligal.com BEFORE I ordered, thought I would wing it and see what happens. I ordered a bathing suit, pullover hoodie and tunic top. ALL came in on time and as expected. No sewing, seam issues, all well made and great products for the cost. Am a happy customer and will order items again.

Rosegal, LiliGal etc. They can call hemselv s many names but same scam. Lifting legitimate styles from genuine websites, then trying run up copies made from cheap materials. No phone number, no contact details. No doubt they will call themselves something else next week. I call them crooks. If it's a company advertising on FB, you know it's a scam. Save your money.
I ordered 2 swimsuits and they are well made. It takes a little time to arrive, but they do come from China. I tried to cancel my order due to all the bad reviews, turns out most of them are fake and from their competitors. I am glad that the order did not get canceled. They do run a little on the small side, but are just like in the pictures. Not shabby at all. Will order again.
Please do not order from this website. There is no phone# for you to speak with a live person to speak with. I tried to live chit with someone and they kept me on hold for 30 minutes. I sent 5 email messages and they did not respond to me. I am so happy they took so long to send me the products. I will not contact them again. Always read reviews from customers it is very helpful and creates less hardship.
Although the items did arrive, none of the items had laundry instructions with them. The materials are pretty thin and much shorter than shown in the pictures. I did order a size up but even that is a stretch for fit. It is impossible to contact LiliGal. Won't buy again - shouldn't have bought the first time.
I didnt read the reviews, bad for me. This item took months to arrive! They were very QUICK to take my money however. Didnt know they were based out of Shanghai China. When the item DID arrive, it seemed to be OK, but if you are n a hurry, dont order from them.
I ordered an XL. They send a Medium in an XL package. Expected me to pay for the return. Why? They are the ones who screwed up! Made it such a hassle to return I finally settled for 80% refund and got to keep the shirt that is too small. I'll donate to Goodwill I guess.
What a piece of garbage! I ordered what appeared to look like an adorable sweater. When it finally arrived, I immediately saw that I had been scammed. There was no receipt in the packaging; no form to return it. Luckily, I had paid for it with PayPal and immediately placed a complaint with PayPal. The item costs $32. Initially LiliGal offered me a $16 refund, then $27, until finally, I called PayPay and received the full refund. This place needs to be shut down.
Shipping takes forever and the quality is not great. Still waiting on the rest of my order close to a month now since they broke up my 3 items in 2 shipments. Ordered a black dress with a red belt, the red lines on the dress are orange and no red belt. Ordered a grey and polka dot dress, turns out it's a skirt and top and it looks terrible, the waist ended up being a little to tight and the top is so poofy it makes you look disproportional. Will donate it to good will since I can get no use out of it. Still waiting on my royal blue dress, I'm excited for that one and hope it's great and actually royal blue, but thus far, will not be shopping on this site again.

Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
