Made in China should be your first clue, very poor quality, all polyester fibers even if stated otherwise. Received a shirt with one sleve SEWED IN BAVWARDS! When I tried to return it was a nightmare. Nine times I corresponded back and forth getting replies like, it is a pity we can not reach an agreement. And the manager will only offer... The buyer is responsible for shipping return charges, exhausted I finally settled on 80% refund because I did not want to deal with them anymore. It is a horrible company with a good designer. What a PITY.

Received the button closure grey swing coat. You couldn't get your arms down the knitted sleeves. Ordered XL so I could wear it over a sweat shirt if I wanted. I am a size 14. Usually get a large in a coat just for roominess but ordered an XL this time. The sleeves weren't even a 6. It was sewn very badly. I am a seamstress so have tried to adjust it so I can get some good out if it. Didn't bother to try to return as I expected negative when a company would send out such a product! Never again.

Do NOT order from Liligal

Product does not arrive for weeks. Then, when you ask to return items they offer you 50% off to keep the items BUT when you try to ACCEPT the offer the website CONVENIENTLY gets stuck in thinking mode. DONT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!

I placed an on-line order February 18th and when I saw the processing times I knew I wouldn't have the items in time for the event I placed the order for, so I immediately put in a request to cancel the order. I still haven't heard anything from anyone and I've submitted more than one ticket at this point. I've even tried their "Live Chat" option which is never available and consistently states it is off-line.

I simply want my order cancelled and my funds returned to my account. The next step is the BBB as I am not sure what to do at this point. All I can say is that I'm more than a little dissatisfied with the company and this experience. When one spends $338.36 you just expect more professionalism and some type of communication.

Again I submitted my request to cancel the same day, minutes after I placed the order. They say on the website that once something ships the order can't be cancelled, I hope they're not trying to wait until the order ships to communicate with me. Then I'll have to pay all of those fees just to ship the items back and wait, more than likely, months for my refund to process.

Whatever you do, do NOT buy ANYTHING from this company. It is a Chinese nightmare. My item was of the cheapest quality, did not look like the item pictured and there was no hint of it being a Chinese company that has no customer service. I attempted to submit a return ticket 3 days in a row, to no avail. There is no number to contact. I just threw away $30+ on something I will never wear. I wish I had looked at reviews before purchasing because it appears there are many others who fell for their trap. STAY AWAY! No matter how nice they make things look, this company is AWFUL.

The material of the clothing I received was nothing like to ad. Much thinner and to contents are not listed. The wash instructions are in Chinese. Do not buy from them!

You should know that this company is in Shanghai, China. The top I ordered is too large. Trying to return it has been a nightmare. Their Customer Service is terrible. I finally got a Return Ticket but not an address to mail it back. I decided to mail it to the address on the label that it arrived in, even though it looks incomplete. I took it to the Post Office today to mail it back.....$20. That means I'm out $50 with no guarantee that I will get a refund, so I am keeping it.

Happy With Order

I'm surprised by the negative reviews of lilligal. I ordered two tops about 3 weeks ago, making sure I ordered a size up as they tend to run small; they came today, and I'm VERY HAPPY with them! They're just as pictured, well made, and do NOT reek of cigarette smoke as some reviews claim. I will be ordering more clothes from lilligal.

Do not expect to be able to return or even exchange. This group makes things so difficult to return that you might as well just donate the merchandise to charity. L This is not a good site. I ordered three tops. One was a decent fit and not bad quality but the other two were labeled XL but are more like a size 12. They were way too small. I have tried and tried to get a return but evidently they do not want to hear about it. Never again. Stay away from this site.

DO NOT BUY FROM ROTITA

I tried to return an order but when I clicked on the Return/Refund button nothing happened. I tried to open a ticket to get help and nothing happened. Every button I clicked on sent me back to the login page. I logged in 17 times before giving up. Apparently, Rotita does not accept returns. There is no way to talk to a human being.

I ordered cloths for the good reviews on Liligal.com. But, my first partial order seriously delayed, and the quality were very bad, very thin fabric of Winter/Fall sweatshirt that can see through and bad hem/stitch. Then I found they open stores on Amazon.com and the price were much cheaper. The Liligal.com overpriced the products and posted the false descriptions and pictures.

Deceitful Company

I wish I would have checked reviews before I placed my order. What I really believe is deceitful is that no where on the Rotita website does it indicate you are ordering from China... it took them 6 days just to process my order and another 3 weeks after that to get my order. When I contacted them 3 times, their answers made no sense and the English used was so poor it was then I realized I was dealing with another country. Had I known from the get-go that this company is located in China, I would have never order. I believe this should be noted some where on their website. I, too, received no packing slip with my order, and, there is no label on the inside of the blouse indicating what type of material the blouse consists of and how to clean... I can only imagine that this will shrivel to nothing after the first wash. So sorry I did not check out reviews about Rotita before I ordered.

I loved the black and white top I purchased from Liliga which was the first thing I bought from the site. L. Bsfore I wore it I washed it in a gentle cycle and dried it according to the instructions in the garment. To my dismay the sewing on one side of the pin tucked front had all unraveled on one side. So I never wore the poorly sewn garment, and I will nsved purchase anything ffom this site again. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS SITE'S POOR QUALITY GARMENTS!

I ordered a bunch of items from what has to be this same company but under a different name. The clothing they display on web site are adorable & well made but what you get is not. They make them in a sweat shop in Shanghai & they arrive weeks or months later, smelling of stale cigarette, looking like they were made in a HS home ec class. There is no brand label inside. They are sized too small. Save your money & only order from legitimate stores here in the U.S.

UGH! Spent over $200! After checking on my shipping status and finding out that they have absolutely no record of my order or my ticket or invoice numbers. Not only that, their email is bogus too! It came back as a fail mail. Their chat line is not working. I am so mad! So I put in a complaint to paypal to get my full refund and I am trying to cancel this order. Then I tried to log into my LiliGal account (first time buyer) and they have no record of my email. REALLY? This company is BOGUS AND FRAUDULENT! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Wish I had read the reviews. I should of known better. They get NO STARS! But had to give 1 to submit this.

Do not buy from this company. They don't let you return anything and nothing on their website works. There is no customer service and nothing to help you find a telephone number. You are just stuck with junk you have paid for. It is a scam. I repeat, do not use this company. I am closing my pay pal account too as they know what is going on and have done nothing to help customers.

BIG SCAM. WARNING: DO NOT ENGAGE. I literally measured my body, selected 3 items based on THEIR size determinations. Items came - complete misrepresentation. No receipt came in the shipment. There's no phone number to call. There's address for returning items. What they do offer you is 50% of your purchase price back to KEEP the items! Because guess what -- you'd have to pay shipping TO CHINA.
