Super cute swimsuit

The swimsuit is a good quality. Cute style and modest. Only thing that kept it from being a 5 star is the underwire pokes sometimes. But I still love it.

Quality is terrible. I ordered a pair of matching pearl earrings and got one pearl and one rhinestone. No idea where the swim suit or other top I ordered is and it has been over three weeks. No way to find this company either!

Its hard to believe all of the positive reviews. I shop for clothing from many catalog/online sites. Any reputable company will include an itemized packing slip with clear return instructions - Rotita sends NO paperwork. I copied and pasted Rotitas 8 step return policy from their website below. Bottom line you are supposed to contact their customer service between 5:30pm and 2:30 am, but they will not give you a phone # (Im not making this up). You have to go to UPS or other carrier, pay $20 to $27 for shipping to Shanghai - and then supply THEM with a tracking #. I ended up settling for a 50% refund. For those who love their styles, just wait until you need a return or exchange... I would not risk it.

1. Log in "My Order", then submit a ticket for return & refund.

2. Our customer service will communicate with you in the ticket, and approved your application. Please pay attention to the reply we sent every time.

3. After application approved, you will get the Return Address and RMA number in the ticket.

4. Pack the items you want to return, and ship them back by any shipping company available, like Fedex, TNT, DHL, UPS. Post Office is recommended to avoid tax.

5. This the most important step, please send us your return tracking number and shipping company by ticket. Without this info, we can't apply any refund for return.

6. You can also track the package online, then you will know when the package delivered to us.

7. Once we have received the returned item(s), our customer service will apply the refund in 7 working days.

8. It normally takes 10-20 business days for the refund to appear on your bank account or credit card. Or 1-3 working days in PayPal (normally in 48 hours), that depends on the original way you used.

Note: Rotita is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.

The clothes are poor quality material undersized and dont waste your time trying for a refund, they dont even recognise your email ( the same email they continue to send you offers) seriously dodgy Chinese Company. DONT GO THERE

I placed an order on 02/20/2018 for $ 73.00 and I am still waiting for my items, It is impossible to communicate with this company, never replay to me. If you check there is not 1800 number or customer service. I will put a complaint against them at the AG. My review is 1 only because they have nice models, but the worse service online I tried.

I bought a light weight, hooded jacket. It is just as described in the ad, very-well constructed, nicely lined, and true to size. It seemed to take a long time to arrive, but considering that it shipped somewhere from the bowels of China, it made pretty good time - a month or so. I love the style of this item and have no complaints.

Cute and flattering

This is a very cute and flattering jumper. I'm 5'4" 144 lbs and usually wear a 2 and purchased this jumper in a small. The high waist accentuate curves and fits nicely. Be warned! The picture looks like the jumper is blue but the one I received is clearly purple.

Their return process is infuriating. I was only able to get 80% of my purchase back. Their system for returning is only by email and tickets with canned responses. DO NOT SHOP AT THEIR WEBSITE.

I sent in an order on 2/15 and now 3/16 and still have not received my order, have not even sent me anything if its even been shipped, also was supposed to get 20% off my order for ordering on Facebook and they denied it., I will not be ordering from them again, and will be putting on this on Facebook, I will be making a dispute on this, horrible service!

I have ordered with LiliGal at least 6 times & have been satisfied with the item being as described except for one time. I didn't like the way a shirt fit and they would have let me return it; but was offered a partial refund and got to keep the shirt. It's a little too big but I can always give it to someone else. I'll continue to order from them.

I am always leery of purchasing from a website where the products originate in China. I have had some real crap sent to me. But with Liligal, I have purchased 4 items and all are high quality and look just like the pictures. I would recommend; however, don't buy anything that you need next week. Coming from China, it does take quite a while. Buy for the summer, you'll have it in plenty of time!

Good personal service

I have ordered a few things from this site in more than the 1 order and Ive not had a problem. If something has not been in stock I have been notified and my money returned without a problem. A downside may be that I have had to wait quite awhile for some of my orders making me worry that I may not recieve it as with some other site. But I have received all my orders
