One of my favorite places to shop for kitchenware and kids' clothes. Lots of unique items and very reasonably priced.
There clothes were very responsible! In fact every thing was very responsible! Have been meaning to go back!
Usually a mess in the store, but if you can take time to look closely for what you are looking for you will find a good deal. They sell the same stuff Macey's sells if you just look hard for it. If you see something you like or need chances are you will not find it again there! Fun if you have the time to scour the store.
I shop in ROSS every now an then. There are times I can find what iam looking for, sometimes not. Because the store is so tore up. I use to work in retail, so I do understand the store being messey sometims. But most of the time Uh Uh.
You'll be on your own -- they will deny any liability. An upholstered chair fell on my head from one of those platforms they have -- have no idea how it happened -- as I was just walking by and someone saw the accident and told an employee who asked to help -- she told me she was afraid for.her job but wanted to help me so told me to fill out an accident form -- I kept telling them all they had to do was look at the video -- guess what -- ROSS HAS NO VIDEO EQUIPMENT -- IT'S ALL FOR SHOW -- SO THERE IS NO ONE WATCHING -- AN ATTORNEY WHO HAS REPRESENTED PLAINTIFFS AGAINST ROSS TOLD ME THE VIDEO EQUIPMENT IS NON-EXISTENT -- so basically no one is watching and I'm compelled to share that information. Not a well known fact but nevertheless, true. We do realize some retailers monitor these websites for information they want removed and make offers to bribe people like us. It's not about the money, it's about Ross's ruthlessness and the fact they thought no one would ever find out because I couldn't prove it and they could get away with it. And Ross did get away with it with me. I was in therapy for months and took care of it on my own. I'm really happy this forum offers me this place to give an accounting and notification of their true hidden and ruthless policies. This posting will not be removed. Too late. So all other shoppers who read this are now notified, Word will spread. I was a shopper there for decades and spent thousands and was blindsided when they treated me so ruthlessly -- I will never shop there again.
It is hit or miss but when you do 'hit' it, you get great deals on all kinds of things. Our kids like to drop in there, too, because they often find the brand names that they are looking for at an affordable price.
Reasonable prices is what I Like... and love the different fashion's they have for everyone
Great clothes and lots of other cool stuff to buy. The holidays are not the same without ROSS.

I purchased ladies fedoras at excellent prices and found sun dresses for $17. These were great deals.
Products look good at the store, but wear-out fast, fading colors and shrinking. I bought few things they, but never return again
There are some brand name stuffs that you can find there. But you have to have time and patient to dig on it.
They have brand name items for a third of what you would pay for it in other stores
Not gonna lie, they have very cute stuff but once you wear it and it hits the washer it just doesn't come out the same. Piling starts to build up and seams start to split. It can go from real cute to real ugly REAL QUICK. The quality is what you're paying for though, most of their clothing is $12 top dollar.
I used to love Ross. Then I moved to California and went to one. I was never really able to tell who they were catering to. A new mini store moved into the neighborhood mall and I bought a lotion dispenser for my new bathroom, as well as a soap dish. I put lotion in the dispenser and used it the next morning. The lotion came out green - it was white when I put it in. I returned the dispenser with the green lotion in it. That's when I bought a ceramic soap dish that appeared to have been properly fired. When I went to clean the new shower and the shelf upon which the soap dish sat, I saw that the paint from the soap dish had leached onto the stone in the shower and stained it green. I was horrified. The SOAP DISH was not sealed. It was not meant to get wet? This time I just threw it away. No more Ross. Oh, it will shock no one to learn that both products were made in China. Perhaps I should just be happy they didn't give me cancer.
I'VE BECOME ADDICTED TO ROSS! THE HOUSE HOLD ITEMS ARE UNIQUE. ALWAYS FIND SOMETHING THERE AND BUY IT AND THEN FIND A USE FOR THE ITEM
