Over the years I found a lot of cool stuff at Ross. But the one deterrent that I hate about it is the freaking security people standing at the front door Really? The other stores I frequent like TJ Maxx and Marshalls do not have security people standing there when you walk in. Those stores seem much more welcoming to me. Ross apparently views every customer as a potential thief. It makes the whole store feel very low class, like you're shopping with a store full of thieves or shoplifters. I do not see that at Macy's or even Kohls. ( I realize they may be around but they're not suited up in a threatening uniform.) Seriously, what's up with that?. It's demeaning to the shoppers.

Ross started out a great place to work, but then they would call and say we don't need you today because of payroll. It had gotten so bad that it happened every week for a whole moth. This was the worst job I have ever had.
I shop Ross, a lot, but depending on which store it is, some are well maintained, some look like they had a tornado go through and are not very conducive to wanting to purchase something there.
Ross is a great store. I love the prices. I love the selection of items at the store. I will buy many of my things I want here because of the prices. What I don't Ike is the website because when I click on departments and click on a department within this section images pop up that are meaningless to me. I wish I could see the products that Ross sales. I wish I could see this on the website.
I have bought a little of everything from Ross. From baby to clothing and household items. Like the prices. Great for holiday shopping.
Sometimes they have great items in stock and other times they don't but when they do you can't beat the prices!
Just came out of Rosses in Lawton Oklahoma they were so unfriendly just took my money and handed me my change not thank you, a smile or nothing and I said thank you for shopping at Rosses when they are so unfriendly it makes me not even want to go back in. Would rather go in a store and pay more for what I want, and be Treated like they appreciate me in their Store. I mean not a hello or anything
There is a lot of merchandise in this store that is very unique and can't be found anywhere else. The prices are excellent in most categories, but the store is often picked over, especially around Christmas and with new spring and fall arrivals. However, there are a lot of great buys if you're willing to spend time looking.
Ross is so awesome! The majority of their products are legit name brands that are possibly out of season or marked in some way. This store has so many different options and also have a technology section!
Am always able to find great quality items at reasonable prices at Ross. Shop there all of the time. Great Quality at a Great Price!

Ok store. Prefer TJ Maxx. Ross seems to be more dirty and picked over than TJ.
Ross has very different name brands and the prices are usually very good and it always feels like you've gotten a great deal.
Before DDs discounts came out, I remember Ross being my "go to" place. But recently, I have noticed that everything seems a lot more expensive and I would like to know why this is.
