I love the annual 2025 Gorham sterling silver snowflake. I order it every year for my collection but it has become almost unaffordable. Additionally, I had to contact customer service to have them send me the missing ribbon to hang the ornament. This has happened before. I suggest that you make a note to your quality control department, since this is a recurring inconvenience.
