I ordered the necklace and pendant for my wife's birthday on November 6th and ordered it gift wrapped. I have not seen the necklace yet but I loved everything so far. Thank you so much for everything.

I purchased a gift for my mom, very last minute. She absolutely loved it. The entire process from ordering to receiving was great. Because she wears it everyday, we did have to return it for damage but even that was easy. She is wearing it full-time again. It's hard to shop for my mom. She is very simple in her needs and wants. This seemingly simple little thing has made her so happy and as a result made me very happy. Come on Christmas! I'm ready now.

I love the annual 2025 Gorham sterling silver snowflake. I order it every year for my collection but it has become almost unaffordable. Additionally, I had to contact customer service to have them send me the missing ribbon to hang the ornament. This has happened before. I suggest that you make a note to your quality control department, since this is a recurring inconvenience.

I have ordered 3 bracelets the same size and the 4th one bigger so I can stack them and wear in different combinations. I am very happy with them!
