I love the jewelry I received but I had trouble 2X with clasps. One broke 2 days after I got it with my expensive Herringbone chain. I also ordered a bracelet with a hinge clasp that did not stay in place and I almost lost that… I believe if you sell expensive jewelry that the clasps should be a lot stronger and not break so easily!

I found a beautiful Fleur de lis necklace in sterling silver with diamonds for my daughter for Christmas. It is sparkling, but a little on the larger size as I would have preferred it be more dainty and petite. Overall, it was what she will enjoy, and I look forward to giving it to her.

The ring is gorgeous. It's feels substantial and is very comfortable. It does seem to run a bit large. I've ordered a size smaller so I can see if it's a better fit. Either way, I'll definitely be keeping one of them!

I ordered the opal ring, at my granddaughter's direction, but when she received it, she was really upset and disappointed.It didn't have the shine of 14 k gold ring and the opal has no movement or sparkle to it. She said it looked like a "mood ring" …just flat! I am having her return it as soon as possible!

When I saw the bracelet with the cherry charm, I had to have it (because my name is Cherry), and the price made it doable. I'm thinking about getting another one.

I love the earrings spin fortunately, the closure is not as secure as it should be. Unknowingly, one earring fell off and was lost three days after I received my purchase. The remaining earring fell off four days later. Luckily, because I was always checking my earring, constantly to make sure it was there, I was able to find it. Because I have never had earrings before with this type of closure I was unaware that it was not as secure a closure as a regular back on an earring.
I love the earrings, but very disappointed in the closure not being as secure as it should have been. No one likes to lose an earring three days after they receive it. Very disappointing.

Loved my diamond cut white gold ring. Matches another RS ring. Don't even wear it everyday, but became disfigured and cracked. Would have been my last purchase from RS but I rcv'd new ring. Thank you. To try to avoid reoccurence, wearing on different finger.

Kid's chain was broken and the cross charm was lost. Having the warranty helped me to replace it. The new one was received within a week. Having the warranty is strongly recommended to elevate stress.

I loved the majority of designs from this company. They are modern and forward thinking in their styles and options. I did, however, find that the real gold item I ordered was basically a strip of gold wire with some stone mountings welded on the top. It's all so tiny I'm almost afraid to wear it. (Now I know why they want to sell you the insurance) I understand gold is expensive right now, but for wearability and comfort sake, consider buying somewhere you can actually feel and see the item. Make sure that it's solid and not carved out on the underside to save gold. Those thin spots are going to rub and hurt your skin. Might even cut you if you wear your item full time. The other items I ordered that were plated or just sterling silver, I felt were way overpriced based on the size and materials used. I've been buying and selling quality jewelry off and on for years now, and I think that perhaps my expectations were a bit high for the price points currently offered. For sterling, you can get the same quality at a much more reasonable price at Target, TJ Max, or even Walmart. If you order a plated item, get the insurance. Re-plating, if you can find it, isn't cheap. So have them take care of it. If it's included in the insurance that is.

The bracelet is perfect, exactly what I wanted, dainty with just the right amount of sparkle! Shipping was fast and the item was packaged beautifully.

I would prefer that for any given item, it shows as one thing with multiple options. Example, one chain style can then have options for each link size and chain length. There could also be a photo within that item to compare side by side size differences. I would have preferred a more delicate looking link but didn't really realize what I ordered until it arrived. The length is great, but the links are a bit large. It's hard to visualize without seeing a side-by-side comparison or seeing it on a model in the size selected.

I recently spent a great deal of time looking for a simple baguette eternity band to go with my engagement ring of 52 years. Couldn't find anything that I liked, and my sister in law highly recommended Ross Simon, so I checked them out. They had a great selection and one of a few places that had baguettes set how I wanted. I ordered a 1 carat t. W. In 14k yellow gold. It is simple and elegant and pairs beautifully with my engagement ring. I'm extremely happy with my choice and the ease of the whole process.
