This necklace looked great online, just what I was looking for. So disappointed when I received it. It's not metal! Instead, it's cheap-feeling silicone, very lightweight. I paid $140 for this necklace, but if I had seen it IRL before purchasing, I wouldn't have paid over $30.

Rec'd a piece of jewelry with pearls, and in 6 weeks, 2 of the pearls were missing. Received a replacement, and I just have to hope the same thing doesn't occur again. Btw, I never showered or slept while wearing that piece of jewelry

I've purchased several jewelry pieces from Ross Simon's and have always been pleased. The ruby and garnet ring in 18c gold is just a stunning modern design and I love it. I also love the 14c gold small hoop earrings to wear every day and even sleep in. Like I stated above, classy and chic.

The bracelet I saw online had gold beads in between every ruby, and it was beautiful.The bracelet that I got only had gold beads in between.Maybe ten of the rubies, it wasn't exactly what I ordered.

The product was nice. Unfortunately the ring didn't fit right. They told us that the ring did not come in half sizes, so we returned it in the mail.

The pictures shows a different look than the items I receieved. Had wanted the red earrings for a while and finally decided to purchase them. Looks like something a teenager or young child would wear.

I've ordered from Ross-Simmons for many years, originally ordering out of their catalog I received in the mail. I've never once been disappointed until now. The ring just didn't seem worthy of your store. It was different than the picture and what I anticipated.

My new ring broke in half. I called customer service and they paid for me to return it. I quickly received a new ring to replace it.

The larimar Cross necklace was as beautiful as the picture on your website. A little lighter blue than other larimar I have but still very pretty. The gift recipient loved it.
