I ordered a pair of earrings. When they arrived, the pair was mismatched. Instead of two earrings that curved in opposite directions, there were two earrings that were identical. I called Ross-Simons, and I was immediately helped. A new order was placed and a return label was sent. Hopefully, when the new pair arrives, they will actually be a pair, and not two identical earrings.

Site stated standard delivery 5-7 days. First update was 9 days which would not meet my needed delivery date. For that reason I reordered again with 2 day delivery. I will be needing to return this first purchase. I will contact customer service as soon as I can.
We are glad both pieces arrived safely and hope the birthday girl loves her new piece. Our team has already assisted with the return. The original order was placed on the afternoon of 5/31, shipped on 6/1, and delivered on 6/6. The estimated delivery date is not accurate until UPS scans the package, usually in the evening of the day it ships. We have tried unsuccessfully to get this updated as it confuses customers. Packages are delivered the majority of the time in under 7 business days.
