When i was placing the order i was concerned about delivery as i use a po box. The customer service person i called to ask about this kept telling me to contact the post office. Just to be clear, she just had to tell me that the shipping method was ups and i was able to use a street address... time wasted, unknowledgeable RS agents... fyi
