2 out of the 4 purple Jade ring I purchased were a much darker color than advertised on the photos online. I did not receive my order in the ring boxes as I did for the first ring I ordered initially. I assume it's because I selected the option at checkout that asked if it was a gift. The gift box didn't have the same presentation as the ring box, making the ri g seem of lower value. The gift box issue was resolved but not the ring color issue. Customer service was prompt.
