My first time buying. After placing my order, I never received any type of shipping notice or update. I finally had to call and it took forever to reach a contact. The contact acted like she was totally annoyed that she had to check the status of my order. Not a great experience.
The bracelet was pretty but I noticed 2 spots that were soldered together. It made me suspect that this was not new and returned for repair. If that is not the case then the workmanship was not good. I returned it and ordered a different style bracelet. Waiting to see how that goes.
