It was very easy to order the earrings. When I received them, they were smaller than I was expecting but extremely beautiful!

I was expecting a much better quality pice the decryption said close out and was on a special price from $150 lowered to $89.00 so I was expecting a $150.00 silver pice of jewelry. First it is hollow with silver at 24.00 an OZ. I expected it to have some weight. The gems in the photo are bright blue and green you honestly cant tell the difference between them they are so pale. So in all honesty I got a regular priced item with full mark up and not his special.

I usually browse the catalogs that are sent and it is easy to get a better view of items and purchase online.

Transaction was seamless. The earrings were exactly what we expected.

I bought a bracelet Byzantine style change the color. I sent and asks to repair and do not have it repairs. Only this bad experience.

I didn't end up keeping my purchase, but it had nothing to do with the quality. The style just didn't work on me.

I ordered a pair of pearl studs which were much smaller than expected however, I chose to keep them since they are a gift for a 9-year-old girl.

Disappointed to say the least in these earrings. They are tiny, like a product for a child. The photos are very misleading. I would not let a child wear hundred dollar earrings.
