Clasp on chain is so tiny, very difficult to manage. Extender piece already broke off.

I needed to replace an earring that I lost - a simple gold ball stud that I wear all the time. I have shopped with RS many times over the years, so of course I went to their website to find a new pair. Their site has great filters that help me quickly find whatever I am looking for. They also have a feature that lets you see the jewelry on a model so that you can judge the size on a face or hand which is very helpful. (Sometimes on a jewelry site, it is hard to tell how large or small an earring or ring is just by a picture of the item.)

The experience is fine. What's inferior is that the product is too difficult to put into your wrist. Now I understand why this was put on clearance because of the quality. It looks like a pounded metal that was way too straight and not flexible. So you really needed the help of another person to put it on for you. A little bit frustrating.

They have good products, specially I like that they mention products' weight
And I can imagine how heavy or light they are!

Purchase was easy but product was impossible to put on because clasp and jump ring were way too TINY!
