I was so careful to make sure the bar snapped in, because it makes the "snap" sound but the bar often is next to (not in) the snap. It must have not snapped it in, or else it came disconnected, and it and fell out while I was not home. The earrings were purchased just a few months ago. The company takes no responsibility for defects! So disappointing.

The necklace I received was nice, but I paid extra for delivery by Christmas and it arrived 3 days after. I expected to be refunded the extra shipping, but was not.

Great savings on fashionable picks! Paperclip jewelry seem to be all the rage and I wanted a pair of earrings to match my bracelet. I love these earrings!

I am a long time RS satisfied customer but my most recent purchase of the SS link bracelet was a disappointment. It barely resembled metal feeling more lightweight plastic and was promptly returned. Considering it was not in keeping with the product description, I was further disappointed I had to pay for return shipping. A rare upset in a long relationship with a fine firm but yes an upset.

I was amazed at how fast the shipping was. I ordered 4 days before Christmas and it came in time!

Not your fault but UPS delivered the obviously wrong 8-pound package but notified me that my.2-pound package had been delivered to my door -- but no picture was attached. After many attempts to contact UPS I contacted the intended recipient who was out of state, let him know what was happening, and took his package to his house where I found my package sitting on his porch.

I found this leopard and wanted to of them. One thing that i liked was the white flowers at the Big Cat feet, her delicately painted eyes (the color of the eyes are sooo pretty and painted elegantly) and her mien. I ordered two and they are already in our front window. I love all kinds of cats and this is so special. I heartily recommend it to anyone who is interested.
