I have their pure gold stuff and its pretty. This ring is cheap, gold plated looks like Ferrero Roche chocolate wrap. Fake plastic looking pearl with dents on it. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. If you like wearing cheap looking jewelry then this is your ring.
I think it's terrible if I'm wanting a nice gold ring. Not recommend. The shipping took forever and it was said to be for a present with a note. It was shipped not like a present.

This is a gorgeous ring and I've wanted it for more than a year. The only problem is the size is a little tight, therefore I will be exchanging it for a size up. Other than the size overall quality is great

I like ross products, but the company marketing seems a bit weird and old fashioned. Nevertheless, i liked what i bought and i will look for other purchases in the future.
I loved the bracelet and ordered it. I called before to make sure it was 925 silver and was told yes. When the bracelet came the metal was a Grey color not sparkling white like my other pieces. There was no 925 stamp on the piece. I called to return it and they said I had to pay the return postage and a $4.95 service fee! I'll never order anything from them again.
The textured one in the picture is the one I'm returning.
