I own Ross-Simon's jewelry and have been very pleased with it. This time, I ordered an opal ring with channel-set side stones. When I was wearing the ring the very first time, I looked down and about half of the side stones had fallen out and were gone. The ring looked so nice in the picture, but the actual piece was much smaller and dull. I had no choice but to return it. I am very disappointed and in no hurry to order anything else.
I purchased 3 different necklaces, and they are all so beautiful. I have 2 silver chains and one gold. The items arrived on time and were in their own individual boxes. I'm really pleased and will purchase more jewelry from Ross-Simmons in the near future.
