Ordering was very easy, however there were some concerns with shipping, and I got conflicting information from customer service. In the end the item arrived in 2 days as expected so it all worked out.

The bracelet is beautiful but slightly fragile. The mesh bracelet can dent/kink a bit so that's something to consider if wanting to wear this full time as a daily bracelet. I wouldn't recommend sleeping with it on and I'll try to be careful wearing at work as it could dent if I hit it on the edge of my desk.

I purchased three pairs of birthstone earrings. They arrived package with meticulous care which a customer would expect from a high end jeweler. The earrings appeared to be of good quality.

Shopping was a breeze and delivery was exactly as promised. However, the clasp on the bracelet is too loose and doesn't lock. I will have to make a trip to the store in my area. The problem is the store is 30 minutes away and I will have to wait until I'm off from work to take it there.

I did not initially receive my discount that I expected I think because I may have neglected to answer something, but it was resolved promptly and nicely

I purchased these for our twin granddaughters birthday. When I received them they were borderline too large, but I really liked the design. I gave them 4* instead of 5* as I feel that additional silver use would have enhanced them a lot as the backing where the turquoise is - is open and not sealed. They loved them - and I hope the stones hold tight with this type of setting. That said - the prongs holding in the stones look to be sturdy.

I love the look of this ring, but the quality isn't great. The piece weighs next to nothing, and the stones have no sparkle at all. Still, I bought it cause it looks like my dog so I'll keep it.

I have immensely enjoyed all the jewelry I have recently purchased from Ross-Simons. I bought rings a few months back and wear them quite often and now I have purchased earrings, lab diamonds and peridot. I am finding it difficult to switch them out! But I will wear these new earrings all the time, they are beautiful.

The gold spiral earrings are absolutely beautiful. They can be dressed up or down and provide a more contemporary look than other gold earrings. The size is substantial yet not overwhelming. The 18kt gold over sterling makes them affordable yet have excellent quality.

I've spent months looking for the perfect pair of earrings for our son's wedding with no success. Either the earrings were quite expensive or they just didn't compliment the outfit. I should have started with Ross-Simon. Not only did I find the perfect pair, I had many options. Lesson learned. Start here!

Disappointed in what I received did not reflect the picture in the catalog. Gold was cheap looking, and the stone was not anything like it was in the catalog. I was so disappointed. I was looking forward to receiving that ring as it was represented in the catalog. I have returned it

There was such a great selection, I was able to choose earrings that matched their individual personalities perfectly. I was able to stick to my budget, and the quality was what I expected for the price. They package arrived promptly and in good condition. The earrings were a big hit, my girls were surprised, and impressed, and put them on immediately.

I love these tiny studs! It took me forever to get them in, have never worn the flat backs before. I've also had one come out when getting undressed & was lucky to find the tiny thing on my bathroom floor! Otherwise, love the look & feel of them.

Had been looking for diamond earrings that weren't too dressy, but more than a stud. Happy with the style although i do wish they had a little more "drop" to them.
