I looked on line loved the brackets I chose. Only thing wasn't expecting bracelets on a string. I figured a strong nylon or flexible wire. The bracelets are beautiful. Happy with my purchase. They are well made. I just make sure I don't wet. Due to being on string material. Plan on getting more colors 🥰

Honestly... I LOVE these earrings! Truly,... amazing Diamond color (H-I color), 387 total diamonds weighing 2.10! These are so very stunning at 2" long and 5/8" wide. The rally are prominent especially with long hair. Also... what a great sale price at $999.00 and who cares is they are set In sterling silver? Looks just like polished white gold!

I placed an order for a Sapphire band and a Emerald band. Both items came promptly and well packaged. Very lovely bands.

I've been searching for turquoise and gold jewelry and found exactly what I wanted and for a price I can afford. I have bought jewelry here before and know of their great quality and quick delivery.

My only problem is with the post office I got a notice product was delivered on Monday! I didn't receive it until Friday in my mailbox :( but jewelry is fine

I'm very dissatisfied that you have to pay for returns or exchanges. They also want you to add insurance to the package. Now i'm reluctant to make future purchases.

I am pleased with my experience with Ross Simon. The website is easy to navigate and there's so much to look at! The shipping time was good- I think it was a little over a week. The ring was more beautiful than the picture!

My shopping experiences with Ross Simmons either online or catalog has always been good. Items ordered are as pictured and the quality is great. In all my years of ordering, I have only had to contact Customer Service once and even that was positive and handled efficiently.

Not sure what I'm doing that the toggle on the bracelet comes undone on my wrist. I do wear it with other bracelets so that may be what causes it.

I am satisfied with the items I bought recently. They are pretty and stylish. They are much smaller than displayed in the catalog and online, but I was expecting that. I appreciate your having so many reasonably priced pieces made of gold over sterling, though experience has it that they do not wear nearly as well as the real thing.

Love the earrings - color and size great. This morning I'm putting them on for the 3rd time and one of the garnets falls out of the setting… not good! Only positive here is that it didn't fall out while I was wearing it.

Everything went really well with the shopping experience, well above average in fact I gave you five stars. The problem I have which I think I'm going to have to return them cuz my wife didn't like them is, the Opals were so tiny she just couldn't do it.
