If you are looking for a small cross on a budget, this is a good choice. The cross is small and the chain thin, but I knew that based on previous reviews. But to be fair, that shouldn't reflect on the store. I received what was advertised. I just wasn't prepared for something that might be too small for even Barbie.

Purchased earrings as a gift. I never saw the earrings but the recipient said she loved them and they didn't look "cheap." They were pumpkin earrings and I had been concerned that the design could be cheap looking. They shipped over a week before expected.

I loved the bracelet but unfortunately had to return it because it was a bit too delicate for the person I was giving it to. The price of gold has surpassed my budget to be able to gift anything to anyone. But thank you for your wonderful customer service!

I've made a few purchases in the past and the items were always as described. This time I bought 2 rings that I had been watching for months and now I finally decided to purchase them. They are as beautiful as in the picture!

Both bracelets I ordered are very difficult to put on and off. The clasps are so light that it takes forever to snap on with one hand, by myself. Have to have someone else do it each time. 🙁

The magnetic bracelet clasps are what I was looking for and very excited to find in 14k gold since I'm no longer able to close my bracket clasps on my on own. My husband helps, but he's not always available. The magnetic clasps are small, which is not bad, but the magnets are not strong enough to keep the bracelets on my wrist. Also, one of the clasps bent. For the price, $159, I am very disappointed in the magnetic clasps and will return them tomorrow.

Ross Simmons website is easy to navigate and order from. I've ordered thousand of dollars worth of jewelry from them in the past. The last order I was surprised at how the pictures made the items look much larger than they really were when received. They were also delivered to the wrong address, but that's not the fault of RS.

Ross Simon is a great store. I have been ordering from them for over 25 years. I have never had any issues. The quality of the jewelry is amazing.

I found the site a little less than friendly. However, persistence paid off and I eventually found what I was searching for. Would prefer the ability to put the catalog item number in a search area.

I got 18k gold vermeil over silver jewelry for my teenage daughter, the quality is great for the price and she really likes her ring and bracelet. I got a ring for myself as well just for fun and was actually pleasantly surprised, hopefully it will hold up over time.

I bought larimar and gold earrings for homecoming to match my dress, and I love them! I have been wearing them at least once a week. They are so so pretty. A bit smaller than I imagined, but it's not a problem. The gold is so shiny and yellow, I loveeee!

I ordered ear rings for my wife and daughter, out of three differen items, one of the them I had to choose a single ear ring or a pair of. Them. I chose two pair, two of the same ear ring for each, I received two single ear rings instead. Be careful if you find an item you want a pair of, if the website gives you a choice of a single item or a pair of the same item, triple check your choice, the website doesn't seem to understand!

Paid for two day delivery for my wife's 73 birthday. Call your customer service because I received no shipment info on Saturday and they said it would be here on time. RECEIVED A DAY LATE! Refund?

One of the bracelets with the little connecting hearts has the thinnest chain I have ever seen. I guess I got what I paid for tho!
