I've made purchases from Rosewholesale quite a few times, and they've never disappointed! The items I've bought were high quality for an incredible price, in fact, one of the dresses I bought was selling in zara at the same time for at least 6 times the price! Everything I bought fitted well, but I did have to check the measurements carefully before buying because of the differences between Western and Asian sizing. Make sure you plan ahead when ordering, as delivery understandably takes a while. I whole-heartedly recommend Rosewholesale.

This is a really nice website! Its awesome that they have sales everyday and they try to work with you. Their products a really cute and made of great material from what I've bought. The only thing i find somewhat difficult is the sizing they have, a lot of it is confusing. Other than that I really do love what they have and would really recommend!

Purchased a jaket from Rose wholesale they sent me the wrong size and they refused to send me another if I returned it And just blew me off. It seemed to have been the weirdest uneven measurements throughout the whole garment once I eventually fit into it. Finishing is absolutely poor. Never buying again.

Rosewholesale is an awesome site! I ordered some hair extensions, and they said it could take 6 weeks, which it did, and that's the longest I've ever had to wait for something online, but it was worth it! I couldn't be happier with the product, it looks real, feels great in, I really love it; so much so, I'm taking orders for them from friends and plan on ordering another piece myself now that my hair is lighter.

I have ordered a long ring from this site and I must say that I seriously love the design of the ring. I was afraid that it wouldn't fit my fat fingers, but it is a bit adjustable, so there wasn't any problem. After a week of everyday wearing (~ 6 hours a day), the material started to get a bit shabby, though. I've got a silver one, which is now slowly turning into a copper-coloured one on the edges. The colour getting down is also dying my hand green. But in the end, it's not that horrible - I still love the ring and the shabby look goes with my punk style.^_^

I have made four orders with rosewholesale.com. If you have any questions or concerns you can make a support ticket and they respond super quick. I love the their fashion: cheap prices, great design, and high quality.
After reading some of the bad reviews I feel inclined to say this: People assume that businesses have to be perfect. Well, we are human and everyone makes mistakes. If you can tell me that throughout your life you have never messed up then you have every right to bash someone's name to the ground, but until then be reasonable! Here is the link to a picture of me wearing one of the blazer. I loved it so much, I will order another one!

I don't know, from my side of view, rosewholesale.com is working perfectly fine. From what I have ordered, I have no complains, because the quality is very good and things look exactly like I have been expected. And about the customer service - there are very polite and friendly people working there, and if you have a question or problem with your order, you can ask them a question and they will answer you very clearly and help you to solve your problem. Maybe I'm one of the lucky customer to receive my order on time which i was not get disappointed with their products. I loved that dresses and tops that I brought, they are so pretty and elegant at a very low price. Because of this, I end up again ordering another bunch of dresses waiting to arrive. I ordered two jackets through RoseWholesale.com on April 26th and paid for expedited shipping. It is now May 9th and still nothing has been received. Checking the tracking number reveals that it was shipped on April 30th but no information beyond that. Here's my order # HH**************. And my email contact is *******@aol.com. Also, it is impossible to submit a ticket through your website's Support Center, it just keeps telling me to sign in before I can submit the ticket... even though I'm already signed in. And of course signing in AGAIN the same thing happens over and over again.

I would like this resolved NOW.

I ordered on April 20 order # HH**************. I paid for expedited shipping and I still haven't received a tracking number nor have I received the product. I have emailed the company three times with no response. I wanted it for a birthday party that came and went. I ended up having to purchase another dress to wear. I will never purchase from them again. I have read the comments below from the company saying they strive to give the best customer service, but yet they can't even respond to an email. If they keep up they will go out of business. Buyer Beware!

The worst experiences I have with Rosewholesale
Did order twice
1. Order no. HH************** was on the 23 of March, 2014, and after so many inquiries and end up was told that it is out of stock on the 28 of April, and just got my refund back this week.
2. Order no. HH************** pressed on the 2 of May, 2014, follow with my inquiry which was told again that it is out of stock, I should choose something else to replace this order. I reject Rosewholesale's suggestion, and asked for my refund. This time is worst as your company told me that will take around 7 days to get my refund and closed down the ticket under this order. (I did try to get in touch with Rosewholesale to demand that they can close down my a/c after they refund my money).
It is such a bad experience to ever order any things from RoseWholesale, just hope that Rosewholesale will refund my money as fast as they took from my a/c.

Will tell anyone who are thinking of buying anything from Rosewholesale as they are not professional enough to deal with anyone in the international level, their staffs are poorly trained.
There are so many other good online sites that you can deal business with out this sort of problems.
Trust me, shopping online should be something you do for your own pleasure not to be suffered
