I ordered a bunch of things about a month ago. According to the information given by the tracking number, my order has already arrived in my country on April 19. Unfortunately, the package hasn't arrived at my place yet and I'm starting to wonder where it is. I can't track it anymore with the tracking number. I already sent two messages to the customer service, but haven't received any answer yet. I will never order anything from this site again. I either want to know where my package is or I want my freaking money back.

I'm really sad about my transaction with this company. I found the most perfect dress on their site for an event i have coming up this summer, and i was so excited! Well, it seems it was too good to be true. You guys have great items for sale, at great prices, and people eat it up. But i ordered this one dress about 2.5 weeks ago now and it shipped the next day, so i thought "wow this is going to be here fast" wrong. I still havent gotten my dress, i haven't heard a word or gotten a reply from the inquiry i sent, and i paid for something i can't get. Im actually more disappointed that i lost this dress than i am about the money. But i do want my money back if i don't hear anything about the status of my order. Im soo disappointed.

I want to make this short and sweet.
This rosewholesale has the worst customer service I have dealt with in my entire life. I'm not being sarcastic. After paying to have my order expedited ($30.00) one week later it still hasn't even shipped.
When I tried contacting the customer care to get info on the order, and tell them I may want to cancel after reading reviews, their response was "deal with it" and said i will get a refund in a few days, not even attempting to help me out. They did not care about my business in the slightest bit.
When I asked to talk to a supervisor they literally hung up on me than all of a sudden their contact phone number didn't work, or no one answered.
Now I'm not sure if i will be getting my money back from them considering they hung up on me. I do know I will be putting in a claim soon, and I will do the best I can to protect people from ordering from this company.

I have not yet ordered anything from Rose Wholesale, but looking at the reviews from this website, I feel very let down with this website. I had figured that I would read some reviews about this website before I even purchased anything. Yes, I have seen a few comments where reviewers were absolutely ecstatic about their purchase, however that is only a handful. I have seen a great deal of reviews about how screwed-up this website really is. First off, their shipping system is very disorganized. I know it does take a while to ship a package from Asia to the United States. But A FEW MONTHS?! I can't! Exactly where are those packages going? Some NEVER even received their order. Also, the quality description of the clothes is horrendous. I had heard one reviewer claim that they had ordered a coat from here. It wasn't quite a fancy-pants coat, but that doesn't mean it can't be great quality! They had said how the coat wouldn't even fit (although that is always common with all clothing store websites), two buttons were missing and the stitching was off! Spending money on something that's totally unwearable is not right! Lastly, their customer service... where is the customer service? It has to be automated because everyone gets the same message when contacting the website. It's just a simple copy and paste message:

Dear: (Insert Customers Name)
We are truly sorry that you're order: (Insert Order Number) has not arrived yet. We will do our "best" to make sure you get it shortly. Have a fantastic day!

How about you insert less on your messages and insert some more improvement in to your website before it flops?! This website is a scam that preys off people, mainly teenagers like me! I may only be a seventeen year old boy, but I have a job in customer service (McDonald's). If we were to pull anything like what this website is doing, we would be searching for another job faster than you could say, F-I-R-E-D. Rose Wholesale needs to step it up or call it quits!

This is the traditional bait and switch online store based out of China. Trust me when I say you do NOT want to go into business with any "wholesale" company from China. They are theives with poor business practices, shotty merchandise, cheap knock offs, and sometimes they just steal your money and there isn't a damn thing you can do about it.

If you look at all these positive reviews, they all sound like they were written from the same people and are all "New Reviewers". Then there are the signature names they use in their replies like "Nancy", "Lucy", etc. Its all a scam from top to bottom.

I ordered a coat last year from a company like this. They double charged my account, the coat took 4 months to arrive, and when it did... it was a cheap knock off and two buttons had fallen off in the packaging. It didnt fit and It still hangs in my closet as a constant reminder to only buy from places like amazon, overstock, etc. I will never forget that HORRIBLE experience, but I learned my lesson.

Dont order from these people. The good reviews are fake and you will either get cheap, unusable items or not receive anything at all. Either way, you are going to get screwed if you order from this company.

I would like to share my excellent experience with rosewholesale shop. I bought many items of accessory from this shop. I am very impressed with the items I got because they look the same as picture, and the price is also reasonable.
Another experience is service from staff. I got the notice from staff when the process is not complete, it means that IT system is effective and staff are also attend to my action. They are quickly reply and give me the answer I would like to know. Moreover, they have high responsibility when there is something mistake. For example, the item sold out, they are rapidly let me know that what should I do next step? They always have a good and useful suggestion. Thank you!

My opinion of your website is very positive, and here's basically why...
First, I love jewelry and your site offers a wide variety at low prices and with the mailing free (article received between 5-8 weeks). When you are looking for a gift, I offer a photo and explanations and I am reimbursed, which I find simple and effective. Then, despite the sometimes poor quality of the items, the price is always low. Sometimes it's as good as in the shops, but hard to know before ordering, so I like to trust the comments of the users. In short, good site for finds that are not expensive and different from other shops!

My experience with this company so quite good. The first time I bought a dress and then I was waiting for quite a long time so I wrote to customer service where I received a very fast reply where it is reported that the dress is unavailable, and therefore wait until so long. In this context, asked for the money back, and so also was done. That's why I decided that the company is so reliable that I can do on purchases which also I did the next two times and everything was perfect.

Rosewholesale is a great online store where you can always find the latest fashion for boys and girls. They really offers you a wide selection of apparel in all styles, shapes, colors and sizes. I really love their variety of clothes and accessories. Lately I have a new crush on statement necklaces and Rosewholesale is the perfect place to find the most various necklaces. The thing that I also love on this site is that there are items for which you don't have to pay any shipping taxes. This is awesome! I must add that, I received exactly the items I ordered in exactly the colors and model I wanted. Actually I was really surprised by their beauty, some of them were more beautiful that I expected. I will definitely buy more new things from Rosewholesale!
