I just ordered today. The clothes look great, along with the prices. The first order I made, I was able to use my credit card, but the second order it would not allow me to do so, even after trying 20 times. I have stumbled across these reviews and hope that I do not experience what most of these people have. Shipping says 7-10 business days... we shall see... to be continued...

I ordered something from them lets say May 10th, and as everyone else I fell for the amazing looking jackets and sweaters, Very trendy and cool. I get an email on May 20th that my order has been Shipped,. Just like others I didn't get a tracking number, so i logged in and went to my order and saw a tracking number and a website that they sent the package with. I put in the tracking numbers, and i get that on May 21st Item was shipped,. Ok, i been tracking everyday since then. Then i emailed them on May 30th, and i get a respond on June 1st, with same information that i already knew. And On top of that info i wast told that i won't get my items for 4-5 more weeks. So basically it will take them 2 months to ship my stuff. Fishy much?. Funniest thing was the email they sent me had a link to track the package, check it out for yourselves guys.

Today June 5th, 2014, it still says package shipped on May 21st. Where, & what country is my package in is a good Question. Cuz i sure don't have it.

1. Let the customers know in advance that they won't get their package for Months.
2. Stop false advertising and start taking care of Customers.
3. If you can't deliver it, don't promise it.
4. Try to use some known package handlers so customers could track better.

I shop online all the time. I have never received an "order confirmation" email that says payment and order have been confirmed and that I should be notified within 3-5 business days when my order has shipped, and then not received that email... and then not be able to "chat live" with the company on their website, because they are not ever available...
Then not be able to leave a message at the number provided by the website...

And then not receive an email response from the company even though they say it will take no longer than 24 hours for a response... Never have I ever.

I called my Credit Card company today to change my credit card number and also filed a dispute against this company - I shall receive a credit on my cc account within 48 hours and Rose Wholesale then has to PROOVE that they sent the merchandise to me in order to get their money. Actually, I believe the case is that I have to receive the order before the CC company will release the funds to RoseWholesale.

I didn't wait nearly as long as some of you did - and that's because I got a sick feeling when I couldn't get a hold of this company, and they didn't contact me in the way they said they would. Unprofessional at best - overpromising, underdelivering... WHATEVER it is - I didn't receive word from them as they said I would - and therefore I don't trust them.

I ordered two dresses for my daughter on May 15,2014 on rosewholesale.com. On their website, they said their handling time is 1-4 business days after the payment has been processed and it takes about 7 to 14 business days for shipping to Canada. Today is June 4 and it has been 14 working days already. This company does not even ship out my order as of today. I checked my order status on my account and it still shows "Processing". I sent two emails via their website to ask them about my order and they never reply. I have paid everything on May 15 by credit card and this company already has my money. WHERE IS MY ORDER? BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

Seriously do not order anything from rosewholesale.com! I just ordered 2 count them 2 swimsuits from them. Everything was correct upon checkout and payment but as soon as i paid i get an email that they freaking double charged me for everything! The quantity of suits ordered is now 4 and they even doubled the shipping cost! Filing a dispute through paypal because tying to contact them on their website i just keep getting rerouted to login even tho i am already logged in and it even days "hello nikki" at the top of the page. BAD BAD BAD. What kind of crap are they trying to pull here. I found a phone number to contact them when i call they guy gets all attitude with me telling me to open a ticket on their website. I keep trying to explain that i cannot because it just keeps prompting me to login even tho i am already logged in and he just hangs up one me!

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM ROSEWHOLESALE!

I TOO have fallen for their super cheap prices. Placed my order on May 7th... MAY 7TH PEOPLE! PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING AND IT IS NOW MAY 30TH... my flight leaves in 2 days... I BOUGHT THIS JACKET FOR THIS PARTICULAR business trip... WHERE IS MY JACKET?... who knows...

ALSO, when I try to send a tracking ticket or contact customer service - I fill out the whole thing, click submit and it prompts me to log in. WHEN I AM ALREADY LOGGED IN! It does this every time.

Not happy at all. ROSEWHOLESALE - you are a SCAM and a JOKE. Amazon.com is where it's at. How stupid of me to venture off and fall for your scam.

So after waiting 2 weeks just to get my order in the mail even after paying expedited shipping charges for obviously no reason. It takes about 5 weeks to get it total. I ask why it took so long when I paid extra, no answer. The website says it takes long to process orders for quality control. I get the bathing suit and the top is crooked one boob is bigger it looks ridiculous. They are out of hong kong so whats the point of even trying. Im out 30 dollars.

I did order a dress, a pair of white shoes and a white small bag (purse). Later a only got the shoes and a PINK small bag (purse). I never order a pink one. The dress they didnt send at all. I contacted customerservice, but i still got no mail back.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and I actually got my package! I was worried because I placed an order for a dress and skirt and THEN looked at reviews (I know, not too smart). I saw all the reviews were bad and I was like, "Well, that's 26 bucks I'll never see again." Anyway, when I got the mail I almost had a heart attack when my little package was there. Seriously, I was shocked because so many people (or maybe just people who were unhappy leave reviews?) said their experience was terrible. Well, I just wanted to say that I am a happy camper. A surprised happy camper, actually. That is all! :)

I'm very worried. I was unwise and purchased an item before seeing all of the negative reviews and flood of bad stories of previous customers. I called to cancel my order, and the man I spoke with told me that the system was down, which I don't believe. Now every time I call, it goes directly to their voicemail. I also tried to cancel my order through their site and have received an e-mail back from them. If there are official sites where I can report this website, please let me know! It's scary how many people are getting scammed.

I placed an order with rosewholesale.com on 5/20/14. I paid extra to have my order shipped in 3-5 days. It is now 9 days later and the order status still showes in process. I have tried calling customer service with no success. I also tried to send in a customer ticket with no success because the order no was not accepted. I'm affraid I have lost my $68.14. I bought a total of ten items from the site and only received 7 items! Usually when I order from other sites, I am informed if an item is not in the warehouse or that they would split my shipments because an item is out of stock. But in this case, they gave me a receipt for just 7 items and did not mention anything about it. I'm not sure if they forgot my order or what's going on. When I tried to notify the support center, I got no response. ROSE WHOLE SALE, PLEASE CHECK MY ORDER AND RESPOND BACK TO ME. I WANT MY CLOTHES! My order number is HH**************. Thanks!

I have also ordered from this site 2 items costed me 35 dollars with shipping, And i ordered my 2 rings the same day that also came from china...(got them to day) so wrote the company because it had been 7 days sense i placed my order and the next morning i had a tracking number... but when i track it all it says it processed ready for UPS. I am so frustrated i don't know what to do. Its almost been 14 days witch is the estimated time for shipping to the us.

Since the company's website looks legit, is paypal verified, and secure, I didn't look into the company's history before buying. Now I am seeing all these reviews and am terrified I just lost my money and/or will get terrible quality clothing.

I received a shipping confirmation on 5/19, but no information is yet available re: the shipping status. I can't tell what company is handling the package. All it says is "shipment submitted."

What does this mean? And who is handling my shipment? My order number is HH**************. Please provide additional information.

Do NOT buy anything from them unless you want bad quality items. I bought 4 items from them and I cannot wear one of them as the quality is disgusting, cheap and nasty. $96 later they refuse to give me a full refund. Threads hanging off items and print faded. Bought a coat which turned out to look like a nightgown. Do not be fooled by the pictures on their site they look nothing like that. A homeless person wouldn’t even wear this rubbish.

I placed an order from this company on April 25 and paid for the shipping that would take 5-7 business days. I ordered bathing suits for a vacation I have coming up this weekend and as of YET I have STILL not received my package. I am so pissed off and so irritated because I ordered this a month in advanced and STILL have not received my items. The customer service is poor. Now what I can say is that every time I called I did receive and answer via phone, and even answers via email HOWEVER, my package STILL is not here. When I say I will NEVER, I mean I will NEVER EVER order from this site AGAIN.
