"This store is the WORST WORST store Ive ever had to deal with. In my opinion no one should buy from it. From my experience all the items I bought were flimsy, fell apart almost instantly and Itched the $#*! out of my skin AND I dont have sensitive skin! But by far the costumer service is the WORST I ever had to deal with. It started on the 10th of March 2014 and was not over till a couple days ago. Thats 3 months of this $#*!.

I bought a package from them that cost $166.11 USD with 79.85USD of that in postage. I payed for fast postage (getting items for a friends birthday) and the didnt come within the 14 days. After a while I inquired about it and a few weeks later they sent me the package BUT they delivered me the wrong package THEN made me pay to deliver the package to the other person. Finally after a couple of months they sent mine AND it was MISSING 3 of the items I payed for and they sent me a broken item. They refused to refund me the huge postage and handling fee for just the items that were left out and were so difficult to deal with over messages I wanted to buy a plane ticket just to deal with them in person.

Honestly the worst experience of my life. NEVER AGAIN, DOESNT GET WORSE"

In a matter of 3 hours, PayPal refunded all my money from my rosewholesale orders. It may take longer for more complicated orders.
I stupidly bought $77 worth of clothes from this website that I didn't research and was so excited about the low cost of items, I shared it with my daughters. They in turn went on to several review sites that reflected SERIOUS NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I immediately (within two days) called PayPal and asked for an account resolution. They told me they would assure I had shipping tracking numbers for all my items, and if the company couldn't provide that, they would refund my money in whole.

Like many here, I would also give them a lower rating if I could.

I started shopping, putting things in my cart and was up to about $500. They offer a $50 Coupon when you register. Obviously, I wanted to get the coupon before placing my order. It turns out they send you an email with "points" which on their system is worth EXACTLY $1. They are counting on you to be confused converting points to dollars but it's ridiculously transparent.

I contacted an Operator to Chat Live. This person, Betty, was less than helpful. She confirmed that it really was only worth $1. There is also a bundle of useless coupons for other places you may or may not have ever even heard of. You can print these for free on thousands of websites without having to register for anything. By the way, Betty mentioned this is a complaint she gets quite often.

I'm SO glad I never placed the order! As many others stated, if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. And Rose Wholesale definitely fits that statement!

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I was told I should have thoroughly read these reviews before spending any money on that site. I only ordered two items, so I wouldn't lose a lot of money if I lost any. I emailed the site about a week after ordering because I never got an email saying they were sending my items, the customer service representative responded saying the items were already sold and they would need a few more days to get more and send them to me. This happened a couple times, and the csr finally suggested I get a refund or exchange the products for something else. I said I wanted a refund, he or she said I would get it within 7 days; it has now been TEN days AFTER that seventh business day. I emailed them again twice asking where my refund was, and I haven't received a response as of yet. Don't let what is happening to me happen to you. DO NOT BUY from these people. They will likely take your money, and give you nothing in return.

SCAM CENTRAL. I love reading their fake five star reviews. The English is so bad, it's completely obvious they're writing it themselves. I can't imagine the poor working conditions in these Chinese factories. Just google it. These people should be ASHAMED. They will be judged.

I saw this ad on Fb and from all of the poor responses, I think I'll keep my money and shop locally. Take note of how many of the reviews giving the site high stars speak with such broken English. That's how you know the company is writing a lot of the positive reviews. I can't and won't shop on this site.

A friend recommend I check out this website and I did. I saw so many cute things at prices that I found too good to be true! My questions is- are they too good to be true? Reading through all the reviews, I am now skeptical of this site. So many 1 stars with very similar complaints of product not shipping/ arriving in the time frame promised, issues with missing items from orders, wrong sizing, and the company being a scam. I have items sitting in my shopping cart but now afraid to press the order button. I even have doubt that the 5 star reviews are from real customers. Not sure if I will go through with my order at this point. I guess some things are too good to be true!

It is true that "you got what you paid for... They sent me the wrong size of the Dress that I ordered from them and claimed that I made an error when ordering, which is not true by the way, and refused to EXCHANGE the dress. WORST ON-LINE SHOPPING COMPANY I EVER DELT WITH! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I'm pretty sure this company is a scam. I see a lot of people saying their items were missing, but i never even got that far, i had to cancel my order! I placed an order and waited for 3 weeks, and the 'status' of my order was still 'processing.' I emailed them asking what was taking so long, they said I needed to provide them with a photo of personal identification such as my driver's license or passport?!?! So, they already took my money for an order that they weren't even going to ship? Once you take the customer's money, the product belongs to THEM! There are no "terms and conditions" or "caveats" or hoops to jump through, and you most certainly should not be asking photo attachments of identification... I quickly declined, explaining that this was a questionable request that i have never encountered before and i do not wish to compromise my personal information, and if this was really an issue, i demand to cancel my order and have a full refund. They said it would take up to 15 business days do give me my full refund! WTF? That's how you know this is a shady company. I really think someone ought to report them for fraudulent activity.
Update: 7/4/14 i NEVER received my refund. I called the bank and filed a claim.

I purchased a whole bunch of items, waited 2 weeks and there were 2 items missing. I have been trying to get a response from their support centre (with their 24hr response time promise) 38hrs and counting! I was happy to have purchased more in the future but not now... lost customer!

Honestly I was really nervious when I saw all the awful reviews about this site. But then my friend's boyfriend order a lot of items from the company. He got them in two weeks no problems. So I decided to just order a couple of items. I order a dress and a necklace. I have worked retail for a very long time, and I know that when you pay 13 bucks for a dress it is not going to be the highest quality. You get what you pay for. I got my dress today, and I was quite pleased. The dress was quite lovely, fit me well. And I really like my necklace. I know people complain about the price in shipping and handling but honestly, when you order from over seas, it's gonna be pricey. I have also read complaints about the tracking number not working right. Mine worked just fine. I didn't have a problem with this site at all. I would say give it a shot. I wouldn't order a lot of items at once. I would just test the waters, get a couple things. Even though the shipping was pricey, it was still worth it. Especially when I saw my dress on Etsy for 80 bucks. Not to mention the fact that I got a never ending story for 3 bucks after finding it everywhere else from between 15-40 bucks. All in all, my purchase was a total win!

I placed my order over a week and I have not received it. I submitted my query to them but they never reloaded. I should have read the reviews before shopping online with the company. Inthink they are broad day scammers. I wonder why this company is still operating and defrauding people. How can they be stopped? Writing reviews only cannot stop them. They operate outside of the US and that makes it a lot more difficult. Please if anyone knows how they can be stopped and thrown out of business lets do it because this robbers are not ready to quit. I spent almost 150 dollars and have no merchandise to show for it. Please stay away from this company for they are completely scammers! I believe their evil deeds will soon catch up with them very soon.

I had the same experience as some of the other people who wrote bad reviews. I ordered two bathing suits, one took 3 weeks and the other took 5. Neither suit looked like the picture and with the second suit the hip was sewn to the back of the bow at the bust, I had to use scissors to remove the stitches and then when i tried it on the neckline came to below my bustline so i had to separate the bottom of the suit from the lining where it was attached to the top. Both of the suits were very bad quality and fit very tightly even though I chose the sizes according to their sizing chart.

HORRENDOUS!

HORRENDOUS! Placed my order on 5/26/14. Said it would be shipped in 3-5 business days. It has now been nearly three weeks and order still says "processing." No tracking number sent which means it hasn't even SHIPPED yet! I have sent two separate emails now to customer service with NO response. One was to a customer service center that "guaranteed" a response within 24 hours. That was four days ago. What a joke. Now reading all of the negative feedback online, I have NO idea how this place stays in business, other than the fact that they are located out of the US and out of reach of the laws of the Better Business Bureau. Otherwise, they would have been shut down a LONG time ago. Proves that you get what you pay for. Total crap.

OMG, I hate these guys. Someone should stop them from ripping off the customers and their terrible customer service. I purchased 2 products at the same time and under the same order. First off, they did not send me any emails that they shipped the products. I kept following up where is my products and they were saying it will be within 30 to 45 days so be patient. After about 40 days I received one of my product. I emailed them I have been waiting for 40 days, where is my other product? They said sorry it's out of stock. I said WTF? Why you did not let me know in the last 40 days that it's out of stock? When I purchased the product it was showing it is in stock.

The second and major problem was the jacket that delivered after 40 days. It passed colour to my expensive bag and blouse after only one time putting this on. I tried leather cleaners, spoke with laundry and did everything but the colour did not remove. I emailed them a few times about this issue but they never replied me. I also attached the photos of my bag and blouse. I called to their company and asked why they are not replying to my email? A Chinese guy was on the phone and he apparently could not understand English. They still haven't replied to me.

I want to lodge an appeal against them to SAVE MORE PEOPLE FROM BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.
