I have ordered from this company first some jewelery and I have to admit, appart from one piece everything else came and after sending an email to the company, i have received refund for the out of stock piece. The jewelery is quite good quality for the price you pay, the only one thing which could be improved is the postage, it would be great if it could arrive sooner. But other than that I didnt have much of negative experience with this company.

I have not ordered yet from Rose whole but I have spent time reading the reviews. I am so glad I did. I will not be ordering from this company. Sure the prices are great and the cloths look cute but the company is not what is portrays itself to be. Almost every review says the same thing. That says something about this company. Thank for the posts.

Really horrible experience. First it took 6 weeks to deliver, then the clothes I ordered looked like children's sizes. I contacted them and they told me the sizes are Chinese sizes and I should have taken that into consideration. No refund or exchange, they told me to sell the clothes online and then buy correct sizes and offered me a 10% coupon! I normally wear medium, and one of the sweaters I ordered was a large, it didn't extend beyond my rib cage. These clothes are garbage, stay clear of them!

It has been TWO MONTHS since I placed an order for two dresses and I have yet to see a single thing from them! I live in a major city, it should not take this long to ship ANYTHING. Terrible.

I didn't even want to give it one star, but zero stars is not an option. The reviews are true. It took 3 weeks to get my order and when it arrived it was only the two braclets I ordered and the swimsuit was missing. The braclets are of very POOR QUAILITY and one actually broke while gently pulling it out of the package. I have sent several emails regarding the suimsuit and NO RESPONSE. This company is a scam! Don't waste your time and your money here!

This sucks. I put in my order on May 26th. It's still not here. I need my order asap. This is not right, man. I want my dresses otherwise I'm posting about it on my blog. Listen please do not order from this place, I'm not sure what is going on over that in china but after ordering I picture them using child labor I thankfully only ordered two items to test the waters before doing a big order since it was china after all and I knew it would take awhile I received one blouse in about three weeks that honestly still had the thread string attached the colors and lines on blouse weren't matched up correctly looked as if a child made it. I sent a message regarding missing item, was told out of stock and wanted to know if i wanted a refund or something else? I since have given up its been so long but they are scammers and something needs to be done! Save your hard earned money and buy local. I also believe the good reviews are fake.

I am very worried about my order after reading these reviews. I made my order 8 days ago although i paid for standard shipping, (to be delivered 5 to 8 business days). The status of my order is still "processing". I sent rosewholesale a message enquiring about this order as it's a big order to the value of over $200 AU. I am still waiting for a response... cross my fingers!

I ordered three summer dresses, one formal dress, a belt and a necklace.
All of the dresses were defective with three having messed up stitching and the formal dress had stains all over it. The belt was the wrong color, but the necklace was very nice.
I have been trying to return everything except the necklace for a month now, and received an email this morning (6/27/14) that they have closed my ticket a. K. a. Request for return, and I have no repercussion.
This after they offered to return 85% of what I paid, then a 6% discount on my next order. Both I chose not to accept, as their return policy clearly states if items are defective they can either be returned or replaced.
Obviously, I will never order through them again.

I ordered a pair of shoes from here, and I'm actually wearing them right now. They are lovely, and the staff answered my questions very well.
The price was very low, but still, I think the quality is great! They're comfortable, and the heels does not get all "smashed up" like most other high heels do.
My only bothers would be the shipping price, but since I had a giftcard that wasn't a big problem, and the shipping time. It took me quite long to recieve them, but since I love them this much I actually think it was worth it.

It seems my personal experience is a lot better than some others. I ordered from Rosewholesale five times since january and and I am very happy from what I received. You don't have surprises in the fees, since they tell you before you submit your order how much it will cost for the shipping. Yes, it may take a month until it gets in your mailbox, but it comes from far away, and it's worth the wait. I alway get compliments from the jewels or clothes I buy from Rosewholesale. The stuff is pretty, cheap and original. I will certainly buy again (soon!) from Rosewholesale. They have a nice service and their website is great.

I ordered a blouse and a blazer about a month ago and I am really satisfied. The fabric was exactly like the description in the web page. The only thing I didn't like was I received the clothes in two different packages, but I ordered 3 pieces yesterday and I left a specification asking for receive all in the same package.

I ordered about 2 weeks ago and my items arrived today. Some of the garments are too small, but that's my own fault for not checking the size guides. I am very happy with rosewholesale, although I was annoyed that my $50 coupon turned out to be ten $5 coupons and to redeem them, you need to spend a minimum of $50 per coupon. However, the quality of the items was pretty much what I expected and did arrive quickly.

I placed my order on June 4th. Until now I still have not received it. I contacted customer service. I was informed that my order would not ship until July 11th. I informed them of their false advertisement on the website "Ships in 24 Hrs" or "Ships within 3/5/10 business days". That truly is not the case for my order. I am very disappointed due to the fact that their items are nice, but have yet to see quality. I was offered a 5% discount to use on future orders. I'm not sure if there's going to be a next order for me. I am going to be patient and wait for my order, since I've already waited this long. I am curious of the product quality.

Same as everyone else, half the stuff is out of stock so who knows how long it would be before that will be available again. But they do not respond to any of the messages you send. They didn't notify me of the items out of stock until I messaged them. And that was the last message they responded to. Five messages later, no response.

The reason they are so cheap is that they make it up in the shipping. I always order from overseas, mainly China, and never pay shipping. If you want it faster that is when shipping is added. Be very careful. I learned the hard way. DHGATE is a very good place for inexpensive items.

I rashly ordered a dress, after which I (regretfully) checked the reviews on rosewholesale. I then wrote-off ever receiving the dress and after reading the majority of the reviews decided it would be a minor miracle if it were delivered.
However, my dress arrived today 2 weeks after I ordered it and it's perfect. It looks exactly as the picture and fits beautifully. I'm delighted.
