Used it for the first time the other day! Directions are easy to follow and it is so easy to use.
I am already in love with the results of a one time use and can't wait for the results in 8 weeks! On the right is a before the link treatment and on the left is after, the instructions are stated clearly and simple, shipping was delayed but not their fault, overall i've already had a great experience!
So far, so good - still early days for me but I'm slowly inching from the lowest intensity level upwards. Excited to see progress as time goes on.

I had previously started laser hair removal but it got too expensive so when I found this I was super excited... until I tried it. It seems like it's having the opposite affect on my bikini line and the hair that wasnt there is now comint back but i haven't had an issue anywhere else yet.
So far so good. I am on my second week and staying consistent with my use. I am really happy with the purchase.

Neat packaging. I have used it three times already and so far, I'm quite happy!
The shipping was extremely slow, but their website and the order confirmation number both state that there are delayed shipping times so I wasn't too upset with that. It took about a month to get here, I emailed customer service just to check in, they were very nice, helpful, and responded in a timely manner. The packaging was good quality, nothing was damaged. I haven't really used it but one time since I got it (2days ago) so I can't comment on how well the Lumi works, but excited to see!
The shipping details were very vague, so it took a long time to receive.
Very easy to use and lux feeling as well. Still need a few more home sessions before I see the results I think but so far so good.
I haven't had this long enough to give it a review, but so far for my caramel skin, at level 4 I haven't gotten any burns. I've been using this for 3 sessions with in 2 weeks.

Even with the shipping being slightly delayed because of current events (which they stated after my order was processed so I'm grateful for the heads up), it shipped very quickly! I haven't tried it out yet but I plan to soon!
Delivery was late about a month and tracking was not proper.
The very first time I pressed the 'power' button it got stuck & would not turn off. The power button also controls the intensity level, so now that its stuck in, it also rotates through the intensity levels.
Also, this item took a month to get delivered to me, and the item was being shipped within the same state as far as I could tell. A month is a very long time to travel 3-4 hours.
I need to return this already.
Shipping took awhile but I am so glad it got delivered. Excited to try it!
Other than the delivery delay my experience was great.
