My only complaint is that it took almost a month to receive the order without any communication on the delays. I ordered my product on 3/13 and did not receive the package until 4/13.

Prompt delivery, items in good condition. Will recommend to friends in the future.

Delivery took a while, but package was received in good condition and left in a good location for me to get it.

I placed an order and due to Covid shipping, my order was delayed 2-3 weeks. I emailed the company and they responded promptly and professionally. Would recommend.

I just received the device. It came in a good shape. Haven't tried it yet as it just came few hours ago.
The only bad side of this order is the very exhausting waiting time to get the product delivered.
I hope the company improves their delivery method and shipping time.

I did not like the laser remover. It was a little too painful

I just received my order and I started using it I don't see much of a difference now like anything it takes time so I'm looking forward to having smoothies looking skin within the next 12 weeks or so

I received my laser hair remover a couple of weeks ago. I have been using it 2-3 times per week. I have been using for my facial hair, under arms, and bikini area.
It does seem like the hair growth in those areas has slowed, so I'm excited to see what happens after the full 6 six weeks.

I ordered my Lumi on March 13th. The process to receive it was grueling. It said the product was shipped but after a few weeks it showed it was sitting in New Jersey. It was not until I emailed the company that it was even shipped out. I was disappointed and felt I still would have been waiting for it if I didn't ask for it.

I got it recently and it's only been a week so we'll see how it goes. Just delete this review please

I love the look of the device and how easy it is to maneuver. I do with the cord was a little longer for those weird out of place plug ins. Just started my second week of using the device.

Quick and easy to use. Started seeing results the first time using it

Satisfied with the product, shipping could have been faster imo but the product is exactly as I expected!

Overall it was good experience but the order delivery took a lil longer time.

I am just at the beginning of the second week of using Roseskin IPL. The best thing up to now is that it is really painless even on level 5.
