I just received my lumi and have only used it once. I have gotten laser hair removal at a clinic years ago and i was very scared because it was very painful. I was initially scared to use this but knowing that i have the control to adjust it gives me relief. It was not painful at all and very easy to use. I totally recommend

Took a bit longer than expected to arrive. But other than this all is great so far. Not used it much yet but when I have its been extremely easy and effortless to use.

When I inquired about the shipping delay noted on the website I received a response within a day or two. It was well mannered and informative. The delay ended up only being a week or so.

I am over a month in to my 90 day satisfaction guarantee before I even received my product. Very difficult place to be when the product takes up to 6 weeks to show results.

Haven't tried the product yet, everything ordered arrived in said package.

Everything is as advertised. It seems like the IPL had some effect even after one use. It did, however, take a month to receive my order.

I sent an email inquiring about the tracking status and had a quick response. Then I received a follow up with updated information about the shipment. Totally unexpected. Then I got another email about delivery. Great customer service.

All good, the delivery took longer than spected, but I received my roseskin device and everything was well packaged
