It took a couple weeks for Roseskinco to prepare my order for shipment, which their website does warn you about. Still, I got a little nervous and emailed their customer support. The response back was timely, personal, and re-assuring. My product arrived sooner than their estimated delivery date. I have enjoyed using it and could tell a difference from the very first use! I'm grateful for a company that makes hair removal so painless, easy, and affordable.

I have just started my journey with the Lumi and was pleasantly surprised that it did not sting or hurt in anyway. It took a minute to get the rhythm, but was super easy to use and I am hopeful for results.

I haven't tried the product yet. But the buying and shipping process was great. I ordered the wrong color and sent an email asking to switch. They promptly responded and were able to change it for me. After that I was sent emails on the shipping progress since it was taking longer than expected. I haven't been able to use it for very long but it seems like a good product. The only issue I have is the power button keeps getting stuck down.
I've only used it once, and maybe it's my imagination, but I can already tell the hair on my legs is growing back slower than normal. My next treatment is today, so I'm excited to see where I'll be 12 weeks from now.
I've only had it for about a week but I am hopeful it will work. It seems to be great quality and I noticed after one use, the hair was growing back slower. I am keeping my fingers crossed that after the recommended twelve weeks, I'll have the results I want. I have pale skin, so my darker hair is easily visible and makes me self conscious. It'll be nice to get rid of it. Also, when I had a question about shipping, they were quick to get back to me and that was nice.

This was my first experience with roseskinco and I have to say it was a great one! The ordering process was very quick and easy, the website is really simple and cute. I received my order on time and the packaging was great. No damage or anything.

Right this minute I've only been able to use it one time and I read somewhere where I can use it every 72 hours so I'm going to use it on the 27th that would be my second use my first use was very easy didn't hurt you could feel the heat to it but so far so good
Still waiting to see if it works. Machine runs properly just still have all the hair.
