Buyer Beware! Do not order from this company! You are not able to contact them except by email, which should have been a red flag to me. Regardless, my order took almost 2 months to be delivered and what arrived is nothing like I expected or as described. Cheap, cheap, cheap quality and awful! I have reached out by email (the only way to contact them) for a return label and have heard nothing. Am I surprised? No. Do I expect to hear from them? No, I do not.
Please heed my warning and avoid this company at all costs. Any company that doesn't provide a customer service number should be a huge red flag!

This company is a scam out of China. I order clothes weeks ago and they did not ship until I complained. The shipping /tracking numbers are not legitimate and you have no way of knowing if they have really shipped anything to you. They will claim they have sent it out, but you have no way to verify. The links they send you to track your shipment will not work. My sister also order clothes and paid for expedited shipping and her clothing never arrived. It has been nearly a month and nothing has arrived. Do not order from this company.

I placed an order on 5/3. After two weeks of waiting I tried following up. That is a joke. All they do is tell you to check the tracking numbers, one evidently for China and one for the USPS. The one for China is a dead-end, just that it shipped on 5/3. The one for USPS showed that as of 5/9 they were still waiting for it to reach the US. This it showed all the way up until 6/3 when it all of a sudden arrived in my hometown. So there is no tracking, forget it. The next disappointment was the quality of the clothing. The pants I ordered were nothing like what was shown on the website. Their idea of navy is a hideous blue-green and gray is more sand colored. The length was also not the same as shown. I threw them in the garbage which is what they were. Wouldn't even want to try a return. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Like the same material that they package potato's in. It is a heavy burlap, that is what all of the pants are made of NS would not be very comfortable to wear... even if I could. The tops I purchased were made if a very thin material. Not one of them would fit. I had gotten sick about two weeks after they were delivered and was not able to return immediately. They only give you 14 days to return, normally most companies give 30 days especially since the products come from China. Sure enough I was late by a few days and they refused to do anything to help me... no exchanges... no returns... no credits! I would never buy from them again. I suggest you shop elsewhere.

I place an order, number: LEAWX*******, on May 7. The charge for this order was debited from my checking account on May 7. On May 8, I received an email stating that my order had been shipped. The tracking number given to me was No. T*******5542. Everytime I go on to Roselinlin.com to check the status, after following the proper steps to check the shipping, I received a response stating that there is "no information for this tracking number". I have emailed customer service for help several times. Each time, I receive an email detailing the steps to check the tracking. It's been close to a month since I placed the order. I have heard nothing from Roselinlin regarding the delivery of my order. Their customer service disregarded my request for assistance in tracking down my order. I need help.

Scam! They provided fake tracking numbers for 2 of my orders. They answered to my emails but the orders never arrived and they never refunded the money. They setup a link so when I checked my orders it looked like it's in transit but it's all fake! If I had lost 1 order, I would think it was a post office issue but it happened to both orders in the exact same way. When I requested the refund they blamed covid-19. I've been getting all my packages but theirs. I can only imagine how many more people fell on their trap! They should be shut down! I am reporting them to the BBB.

I ordered items from this website on 5/18/2020. I received an order confirmation and a week later an update by items were shipped with a tracking link - The link does not work, all i get is an error. I have reached out to the company via email, only way I see to communicate, 3 times. Each time I received an email right away saying I would hear from someone within 24 hours. I have not received any response
