I have several long and formal dresses from this boutique. They all fit together perfectly (which sometimes makes me panic when ordering online and being really tall), but I've never had a problem with these dresses and they are amazing quality! Customer service is amazing and she resolved my inquiry in an email, allowing me to purchase two other dresses. Do yourself a favor, ladies... go ahead!

The dress arrived very fast and when there was a misunderstanding, a customer service girl was very sweet and responded in a timely manner. I will buy here again. So many cute clothes it's hard to even pick one!

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. The quality of the clothing is absolutely rubbish. They very slyly hide the fact they are a Chinese company which, in effect, means if you need to return the item, you end up paying more than you paid for inferior products. I stupidly spent far too much on this site, and completely regret it. Complete waste of money. Arghh. Lesson learned. They suggested I had the items re-sized - idiots! I wouldn't use them as dusters. Took forever to arrive. The advertisements show the clothing as well made BUT in reality, it is false. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Items come from China and the sizing is all wrong, nothing fit but even if it did fit I wouldn't wear any of it as it is the worst quality every. Order took 6 weeks to arrive. Stay away from this company!

I really should have checked reviews, but recently bought several inexpensive bra tanks from 32Degrees and the quality was great. So I let my guard down - I saw Roselinin on Pinterest and ordered a cute "cotton" blouse that was thin weird fabric and some cute pants - neither of them looked anything like the pictures. I will be using sitejabber for future online purchases!

So amazing

This online store was more than accommodating when I tried to cancel my order, but it was too late. The customer support team offered me a refund and sent me a prepaid return label, so it was very easy to return my dress! I wish all online stores were so amazing.

I love this boutique. It is the only online clothing store where I have been successful in loving the items I receive. The clothes are of excellent quality. Returns are very easy. I know I will order again. Postage is very fast also with excellent customer service always.

I ordered a dress that was shown in a photo and advertised as "Floral embroidered in cotton blend." What arrived after almost 6 weeks (9 days longer than the promised arrival) was a geometric screenprint --- no floral, no embroidery. There was no fabric content label but it looks and feels like the sleaziest possible polyester. I'm sending it back and notifying my credit card company and demanding a full refund. Their fraudulent advertising and shoddy products should not be rewarded.

Do not buy from this Company... waiting 5 weeks, tracker shows 2 of 4 items reached San Francisco, CA on May 18,2020, but still have not been picked up by UPS for delivery to MI. I don't believe i will ever see my shirts. $65 dollars down the drain... "SCAM"

Horrible Service

I ordered a dress that never arrived. When I contacted their customer service, I was referred to customer service. I know, that makes no sense. And, of course it made no sense to me. Going on two months since I made the order and still no delivery, and customer service continues with their circular concept of service. This company is a disaster...!

Ten days after receiving a notification the item had shipped, the tracking number still resulted in "no such package found." I asked customer service to please help find my package. They sent me the same notification with the same tracking number that results in "no such package found." It obviously hasn't been shipped so I have asked for a full refund. I don't trust this company. I should have read the reviews first. The positive reviews are so transparently fake, it would have been easy to see the scam.

I have been exchanging emails with Roselinlin for weeks now, trying to get a refund. I ordered three items. One is not the shirt I ordered, the second is a pair of shoes with warped soles, and the third has a black stain on it.
Their return policy states, "Our members of QA team inspect each product before packaging to ensure the maximum customers satisfaction." Clearly my order had not been inspected.
First offer: "We would like to offer you 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth."
Second offer: "If you would like to keep the item(s) and skip the return hassle, we'd love to improve the compensation rate to be 25% money refund."

I want a full refund with them paying the shipping if they want the junk back. But they attached a label that requires ME to pay the shipping.

"Our members of QA team inspect each product before packaging to ensure the maximum customers satisfaction."

Obviously they didn't inspect the products.

Beyond annoyed and frustrated.

Do NOT order from them.

UPDATE: Email that came the next day says,
"Correct item is sent, sorry that the item doesn't meet your expectation.
As you are our valued customer, we would appreciate it if you can keep the item(s) and we will offer 30% refund as compensation.
Alternatively, kindly pls return at your cost for full refund."

As you can read below, Roselinlin replied to the post I put on TrustPilot. Notice the email address that was give for me to respond to. That is the same one I have been using this entire time.

Update 3:
Emailed me and offered me 30%. I declined.

Update 4:
"What about 35% refund for keeping it?"
I said no.

Update 5: offered me 40%
I refused

Update 6: offered me 50% (2nd time)
"We do not offer postage-paid label. Pls kindly confirm which option you prefer. Option 1: Keep the items for 50% refund Option 2: Return for full refund ( you need to pay the return shipping fee)

I countered with I find the cost of shipping to South San Francisco (the address on the return address label), they pay me, I ship it to there, the person in S. SF sends it to China
