Site says my order got to san fran on 5/18/2020, but haven't gotten it in indiana yet. Been asking about the order since 6/7 and have gotten no response. Tracking on the site itself says 2020-05-18 13:21:00 Picked Up by Shipping Partner, USPS Awaiting Item, Your item was picked up by a shipping partner at 1:21 pm on May 18,2020 in SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA *******. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. What does that even mean? I'm so tired of asking and so angry i can't stand it. It's going on 2 months since i ordered these things. Good thing i wasn't in a hurry for them. They say they will respond in 24 hours. What a joke. They don't respond at all. I've requested a response 3 times and haven't heard back once yet.
I have been waiting for over a month. I sent message to customer service and they always send back a automatic response. You already took my money but I don't have product yet.

I purchased a cute summer dress April 8,2020. A month later they sent an email it had shipped. I keep checking the shipping timeline and my latest expected arrival date is tentatively set for mid-September. Who knows when it will arrive, maybe I can wear it next year :(

When I authorized payment it was for $162 with a 20% discount on 8 items, and 2 sale items were not discounted When the order was completed, the charge was for $176. Somehow they are able to change the amount from the total you agree to pay to a higher amount. Now I have to change my credit card number because I know that these people have it and that they are committing fraud.

My bet is any positive reviews are fake! Beware! They do not ship your purchase. You can't reach the company. They provide fake tracking numbers. It has been 2 months and I get the run around from customer service. They rarely reply. Then they just give me the run around. I had to involve the credit card company. Believe the negative reviews! I learned the hard way. There is no way any of these good reviews can be real. I am another person they ripped off. This is a China based company. You have no recourse in America. Buy American. This company is a fake!
With a 2.8star rating, I am not about to change my review. They responded to this. They claimed these items were shipped and they couldn't refund or cancel. Well, it never arrived. So if it was shipped, how come it never came?
2.8 stars for a reason. No, I won't change my review. I will protect people from going thru what I did!

The quality and detail of the skirts and design are amazing at such an affordable price. I have been shopping here for years and they never disappoint me. The only note I will make is that the material of some blouses that I have bought is quite thin. I felt my skin was being molded too much. But I love all the designs and colors. The ordering process is simple and my package arrived within the agreed days. Well done!

I ordered an item for the virtual classes, paid for the express mail delivery to make sure I get it on time, Even if I don't get it on time, I am amazed at the exceptional level of customer service I have been shown and working on the customer service, I congratulate this boutique for doing such a fantastic job! Xx
I ordered over $100 worth of clothing from their on-line site and that was almost three months ago. I have tried to get some answers from them via their customer service e-mail and got a load of "it's on the way" over and over again. Right. They have no intention of sending me what I bought and paid for. They just want my US dollars! I have been given a fake tracking number to check on-line via FedEx and the US Mail. I have tried the number NUMEROUS times and each time was informed the tracking number did not exist in the system. This company is not interested in satisfying the consumer, they only want your money and good luck with getting anything back from them. Don't waste your time or money on this company unless you're into throwing your money away.

Ordered a shirt and pants on 4/30/2020. Their logistics tracking stated my items shipped 5/14/2020. It is now 6/13/2020 and still I have not received my items. It TAKES TOO LONG to receive shipment, if I receive at all, and wrote a note to customer service to see where my items were. I would SKIP this company and not waste your time buying from clothes which look worn, but I was going to wear on weekends. I should have read the reviews first, but the items were so CUTE and I was brainwashed.

Buy a dress here really of great quality, the fit is faithful to the size. They have ordered several dresses always happy! The site is easy to navigate and has super fast shipping, with prices that reflect the quality quite a bit.
I have been waiting for 3 months for the rest of my order, What I did get was even cheaper looking than the prices. I have emailed many times and I get the same reply - be patient.

Products are always true to size, great quality, and affordable prices! There are always new products updated every week and the range from informal to formal is excellent. A really fantastic online store, I receive my items within a few days of ordering!
Easily, as under each clothing section, for example dresses, there are party dresses, formal dresses, occasion dresses and many more categories, which makes it so specific and easy to find exactly what you are looking for. There is a good range of clothing and I love that it is also updated a lot. The dress I brought was of good quality and also had a good zipper (which dresses I brought from other places did not).
Easy to navigate website, excellent customer option when I called about a sold out dress but did not offer to let me know when it would be back. It seems that they ran out of many of the dresses that I loved, so I decided to buy another very beautiful design.
Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
Answer: Please do not order - the clothes smell and are awful quality. Do not be fooled by the pictures!
Answer: Throw it out! It will cost you $$$ to return it and they know this.
Answer: Yes, it is a scam. I ordered three items in May (it's now the end of July) and I still haven't received them. Call your bank and file a fraud claim or go through PayPal. Bank is faster.
Answer: Yep... six weeks or more. No way to return crappy items. No way to contact them when you don't get what you ordered Sham from start to finish!
Answer: They dupped us. i got 20% back on a 114$ order. Donate clothes. Or give away and warn others
