This website is very easy to navigate and finds exactly what you are looking for. There are so many options available and the quality of everything is absolutely amazing. I needed the perfect dress, and I had a hard time finding something on other websites, and when I found this boutique it was easy, fast and affordable. It was my first time ordering here, unfortunately I ordered too large a size but they offered me a refund, I'm over the moon! The best customer service! Advertised and pictured as cotton and linen with draping fabrics. Actually is polyester and polyester/cotton blends. Cheaply made. I threw it in the garbage because sending it back costs too much and they do not refund your money. Also, this is the worst part, the clothing reeks of a strong chemical odor that I still cannot wash off of my hands after five hours. I doubt that this chemical is approved in the U.S. STAY AWAY!
I have so far waited 3 weeks for my order. I looked up tracking and the last it said was in San Francisco on the 12th. 8 days later, same message. I emailed but didn't get a response. If I had known this was coming from China, I would have passed it. The website said UK. Lost $100 it seems.

Roselinlin is a scam. They put misleading photos in their ads on Google websites and when you order, they charge your credit card right away but you wait forever. Then you complain and complain about not receiving your order, and they give you some false tracking number which leads to nothing. Finally after six weeks you get a dirty plastic envelope from CHINA with your order in it and the clothes are NOTHING like in the ads. The sizing is all off, and despite saying the materials are 'cotton' they are only dry-cleanable. Very cheaply made goods and ones you would never buy if you could see or touch them in person. Now I have to try and get my money back. STAY AWAY FROM ROSELINLIN or ANY RETAILER NAMES YOU DON'T RECOGNIZE AS LEGIT when buying on the Internet.

Ordered clothes from pop up website. My bad. It's been 10 weeks. No clothes. Tracking number is useless in the U.S. Emails from company are auto responses telling me to check tracking number and that there is no refunds.

Clothes look cute online, but completely different - and cheap - in person. Sizing is WAY off - everything was huge on me, although it was my normal size. The worst part is their return policy: after waiting (literally) 2 months to receive the items, you have 15 DAYS to request a return - and then learn you have to pay return shipping. TO CHINA. Not worth the hassle or expense. I'll donate the clothes and not be fooled again. I'm pretty sure any positive reviews here are written by employees or people they have paid...

Really wanted lightweight linen pants, thought I found them on Roselinlin site, ordered on May 4th, they charged me right away, then I waited till June 18th for the pants. Only tracking I got was that it went to carrier May 12th. Got stock answers to my email inquiries "link to the outdated tracking). Pants arrived and they are terrible quality. One pair is huge everywhere but the top of the waistband, have a 12 inch zipper for a 7 inch opening, but I just give up, lesson learned. Don't be fooled by the images online. These were $34 pants that could have come from a "Five Dollar" store.

Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
Answer: Please do not order - the clothes smell and are awful quality. Do not be fooled by the pictures!

Answer: Yes, it is a scam. I ordered three items in May (it's now the end of July) and I still haven't received them. Call your bank and file a fraud claim or go through PayPal. Bank is faster.

Answer: They dupped us. i got 20% back on a 114$ order. Donate clothes. Or give away and warn others
