I WAS WAITING 1 1/2 MONTH FOR JUST A SHIRT. WHEN I FINALLY RECEIVED IT THE QUALITY IS SO BAD THAT REALLY DOESN'T WORTH IT! IT DOESN'T EVEN LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE. THEY ALSO CHARGE YOU SO MUCH FOR DELIVERY THAT REALLY DOESN'T WORTH IT... ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT 1 1/2 MONTH LATER. SPEND SOMEWHERE THAT YOU K OW WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO RECEIVE AND WHEN.
Don't order anything from this company. Ignore the low prices. The products are cheaply made and forget about trying to return anything. They don't answer emails. You will never hear from them again. Don't give them your credit card number, either.

The girls in this onlin boutique were amazing. I spoke to a girl about some concerns I had about size and shipping, she was able to help me enough, not to mention the dress, beautiful!
I received an item that was not what I thought it would be and I did not think I would have time to return it and get something else for my birthday... but the amazing girls in this boutique made sure I received my refund as soon as possible so I could order my birthday outfit. I have never received such good online customer service! Very happy, thank you lovely ladies!

The parcel service lost my package that I ordered, I sent an email through my problem and it helped me to solve it by sending immediately with the shipment of a replacement dress. I was so stressed out about it, but she completely solved the problem and I am so grateful
Always order clothes from here! The quality is always 10/10 and your orders are very fast. The staff is always very quick to answer and help you with any questions you may have. Size is true to size. I would recommend 210% :)
I never recieved my order, when I reached out to see why I was sent an automated response, never a direct person. This company should be shut down. Whether your in China or not if you accept someone's money you agree to provide them with what they paid for, and it shouldn't take month's to get it when you were told it would arrive in a certain time frame. FYI there were no negative reviews when I purchased my order, it wasn't until after I purchased my order, numerous negative reviews were able to be viewed, had I seen them prior I would never had ordered in the first place. This company gets NO STARS!

The clothes of this online store, the quality, the customer service, everything in general is a 10 out of 10 for me! She really treats her clients like a FAMILY. Besides that, the quality of the clothes is out of this world.
I had a question about my purchase and a girl on this page was very helpful and charming the first time I ordered here, I will definitely order another dress again!
Ordered items two months ago. Each time I inquire about the order they send a generic email reply that does not address the problem. Nothing gets resolved. I wish I would have gotten more info on this company before I ordered anything from them.

It's been over 7 weeks since I ordered items from Roselin. I wish I had read these reviews first. I have dismal answers from the emails I've sent inquiring about my order. Stuff like: we can't do anything until you receive the shipment.
I wouldn't want you to waste your money - so don't be stupid like I was - stay away from this company!

I ordered from this company almost 2 months ago and I am STILL waiting for my purchases. When I contact Customer Service, I keep getting told it is on the way. The latest from last week is 11-25 more days. I told them if they could not give me a delivery date that I wanted to cancel the order. I was told I could not cancel it now that is has been shipped. What a frustrating experience! Their Customer Service is NOT AT ALL helpful. If I ever get my items, and even if I am satisfied, I will not order from them again. Unless you like throwing money away, don't order from them.

If you order from this company they will take you money and you will never see your merchandise. I e-mailed several times and I get no response ever. I got my money back through my bank and filed a fraud report and is now being investigated DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CO. I ordered on 5/9/20 and I still don't have my stuff.

I ordered a dress which did not fit and attempted to return it, but the return center is in Guangzhou, China and subject to excessive return charges, including possible custom fees. Roselinlin offered a laughable 15% refund as an alternative. This company should be prevented from selling in the U.S.

These people should not be selling in the U.S. market. I've waited a month since paying and no order received, no emails answered. If people on this list contacted Facebook and the FTC we could shut down their U.S. operation. What do you all say? Action not just words!

Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
Answer: Please do not order - the clothes smell and are awful quality. Do not be fooled by the pictures!
Answer: Throw it out! It will cost you $$$ to return it and they know this.
Answer: Yes, it is a scam. I ordered three items in May (it's now the end of July) and I still haven't received them. Call your bank and file a fraud claim or go through PayPal. Bank is faster.
Answer: Yep... six weeks or more. No way to return crappy items. No way to contact them when you don't get what you ordered Sham from start to finish!
