This is the worst of the worst companies I have dealt with ever. Clothes look great in pictures, horribly cheaply made. I have tried to return two items for 6 weeks, have gave them the required information three times and every time i inquire about the return they act like its the first time and keep asking for the same info... just a game to wear you down and hope you get tired and forget about it. Please save yourself from all of this and pay little more for a better product. Wish I had looked at reviews somewhere other than their fake reviews on their website...
Terrible service. It did not ship for almost 30 days and now it is hung up in San Francisco for some reason. It has been 40 days total and I have not received any of my order.

If there is an option of 0 star I'd give the 0. What a shame on the garbage they shipped to the customer. Nothing like what's on their website. Everything they claim to be cotton/linen are simply a cheap print on cheap polyester. Not even suitable for human being to wear. I ordered 5 products and I only received 4, and they are like garbage. The sweater is not even a sweater! They are wasting everyone's time by spending time to process and ship things that should go directly to the garbage can.

I ordered the Diamond dress in white, it arrived super fast and it is perfect! It looks exactly like the picture. The material is strong and stretches a bit to fit comfortably. I will definitely use this boutique again!
Tried to purchase some clothes they got my money i got nothing but a bunch of form email asking me for more info on why they can't complete a business tranaction.

I received a 100% refund for a defective item and was also able to keep it, so I was able to fix it and the item was not wasted. It is unfortunate that the item was defective, but the customer service team responded quickly and understood my needs. The vet only needed a few tight spots.
I would like to present a few kind words about this boutique and its customer service agents, the girl online who answered some of my questions was incredibly friendly and helpful and made my experience with this boutique great!
I have placed a few orders with this boutique and I am very happy with each one! I ordered a paid velvet shorts and was amazed at the great quality! I have also ordered some body suits and they all exceed my expectations. Well done!

I ordered clothes from Roselinlin in early April. It is now June 26 and the shipment has not arrived. They claim to have sent the the tracking numbers said it was delivered to NY post office. I called them and the UP Postal representative said this package did not exist. I have asked for my money back and they will not do it. I have a complaint filed with PayPal now.

A girl in this online boutique helped me push everything with minutes, she got to work and everything was organized in one email! Very kind, lovely lady! Good services from her! Your boss should give you a raise or a nice vacation as she is just amazing at her job! I am a satisfied customer and I can't wait to buy more from your store.
The quality of the clothes here is excellent, I can't complain. The garments are true to what is displayed online and delivery is super fast! Also excellent customer service from a girl who works here, she was so charming, very helpful and responded very quickly, which I really appreciate! I would definitely recommend this online store.

I experienced incredible customer service through this page! In particular, an agent really went out of her way to accommodate me, had asked for a dress and the shipment took a little longer than usual and was extremely helpful and very friendly and generous.
I ordered 3 items from Roselinlin at the beginning of May and have never received them. I have sent several inquiries and they just keep telling me to check the tracking link, which does not tell me anything. Total scam, which is a shame, because their clothes are cute, and I would order more, as well as pay more per item. I'm just glad that I did a small order as a test, so I'm out less than $80.00

I am noticing that poor reviews appear to be written by legitimate customers in the USA who have command of the English language. Feeling very sad that I ordered clothing for the hot Phoenix summer and the order appears to be lost. If I have to wait months as other reviewers have indicated it will be too late in the season to enjoy the order if it is not junk. Customer care responded to a request to track the order beyond it's disappearance per tracking number after arrival in San Francisco where it was handed off to Pitney Bowes, and there is no sign of movement in over two weeks. Feeling very disappointed and scammed and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
Answer: Please do not order - the clothes smell and are awful quality. Do not be fooled by the pictures!
Answer: Throw it out! It will cost you $$$ to return it and they know this.
Answer: Yes, it is a scam. I ordered three items in May (it's now the end of July) and I still haven't received them. Call your bank and file a fraud claim or go through PayPal. Bank is faster.
Answer: Yep... six weeks or more. No way to return crappy items. No way to contact them when you don't get what you ordered Sham from start to finish!
