I just wanted to thank the customer service girl who took care of my case, she was very helpful and a real pleasure to deal with even if by email. Genuine customer service is hard to find these days, so when someone is willing to help as much as they can, it's a true blessing! Thank you very much, you are an asset to this boutique :)
Absolutely love for this boutique! Clothing is always the latest fashion and at great prices! Every time I buy an item, it arrives early and in perfect condition.

The store is really easy to navigate. The range is phenomenally huge and caters for many different styles. I always thought that buying things online had a price and that the price was of poor quality, however this boutique has amazing quality products that are washed and used well.
I ordered a pretty summer dress and it took over a month to arrive. It didn't look nearly as nice in person as it did in the add and it didn't fit. I contacted them about a return address and after several emails back and forth, they told me I would have to send it to China and then wait for them to process the return before I could expect a refund. Then they offered me 15% cash back instead (which I'm accepting but we'll see if it actually happens). Terrible customer service. I'll never buy from them again.
I wish I had checked this website before placing my order. I have still been waiting for almost 2 months. I have contacted their customer service but the response was talking about very general information-possibly it was automated message. One of the worst shopping experience ever in my life.

I waited over 2 months for a pair of shoes that did not even come in a Box if I could give them a -5 rating I would. When you send them a text they send you a programmed answer. Shoes are very cheaply made... I will never water from them again and I am blocking them... POOR QUAILITY... I should have known better!

I placed a clothing order with this online retailer two months ago, to include a pair of shoes. Six weeks later the order arrived, but the shoes were not included. My many emails inquiring about the missing shoes have gone unanswered. The shoes were priced at about $35.00. I must now assume that I have been cheated. I will continue to seek satisfaction, most likely through Visa credit. My advice: stay away from this retailer's site.

This is my online shopping destination, knowing that the outfits are real and the shipping is extremely fast! Always impressed with the quality of my purchases here.
I cannot complain about the service or products of this boutique.
Deliveries are fast, if a return or exchange is necessary, they are stress free, and the range of designs is incredible.
Also, shipping is reliable!
The clothes are the lowest quality -- I'm better off at Walmart. Worse than that they are virtually un-returnable. It's been 1.5 months and I still haven't received everything but they expect me to return within 15 days. If i returned the items in the 4 packages in which they arrived, I would spent much more in shipping than I did on the clothes. Do yourself a favor -- DON'T SHOP ON THIS WEBSITE!

Comes from China, so expect a couple of months for delivery and pretty confusing tracking information. I carefully used the sizing charts, but still only 2 of the 4 items I ordered fit as expected, and one of them (described as a 'solid' cotton shirt) was practically transparent, which was not evident from the photo. It's not worth the time and effort to return them, so 3 of them are already in the Goodwill bag. Never again will I be sucked in by the attractive pictures or low prices at Roselinlin. Plus, they push a lot of advertising and fill up my Spam folder despite my unsubscribing from their emails multiple times.

Definitely my favorite online store! They always stock the latest designs and fashion, which means I don't have to compare prices. Their fantastic customer service means I can buy clothes easily and without hassle.
I'm always so happy I shop for clothes here! They have a great selection, from casual to chic, and now even accessories and shoes, not to mention that they often have special offers and discounts! =)
I will be disputing these charges with my credit card company. Don't order from them! My order is missing two items, one item is incorrect, my credit card was charged over a month ago. The clothing delivered smells like cheap plastic.

I order online a lot, no one ever takes the money from your card until the product is sent. They took the money the same day, off two different accounts, and charged me an International Assessment Fee - which I was never informed of. After several unanswered emails, I finally looked up these reviews and someone posted their phone number, so I called. I talked to Jimmy, who was not cooperative, he took my order numbers and I told him I wanted a refund, since nothing had been done with my two orders yet. After I hung up, he called me right back from a North Carolina number, telling me he was calling from out of the country. I had to get on my computer and put in this site he told me to, open it, and give him my two debit card numbers. WHAT AN IDIOT! I did neither, reported it as fraud charges to both my banks, and am getting my money back. If you want a refund, don't do it through them, just call your bank and report them. Eventually, Roselinlin will be sorry.

First of all, the website is so easy to navigate that the range of clothing available is incredible. I have bought a lot of things from this site and have never been disappointed. The service is incredible, the products are of great quality and good prices. I recommend it for all your clothing needs.
I have been satisfied with all my purchases here. Items are accurate and made to a high standard. Shipping is fast and customer service is excellent. The special touches when you receive your delivery are a delightful surprise every time.
I love shopping online here! It is very easy to use and my orders always arrive on time or before. Clothing is always true to size and is of good quality. The company is constantly on trend with cute outfits for any occasion and it's affordable!
I'm agreeing with the average review of awful.
Their title bar was false advertising. I was charged for shipping. When I approached them on it, they said there was nothing they could do to adjust my shopping cart, but that when it all arrived, I could request a 10% discount on (one? All?) items.
I received one item within a couple weeks. It was okay, but not worth the price.
I received another item, one month later. It was horribly and the material is cheap. I'm going to have to iron it before each time I wear it.
After two additional months, I wrote them about the rest of my order.
Two e-mails later, they said it was held up in customs.
This company does not have it's act together. I wish I could just cancel my order and get my money back. Can I? No. I can wait til it shows up, pay for shipping, send it back. I'm very dissatisfied.

Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
Answer: Please do not order - the clothes smell and are awful quality. Do not be fooled by the pictures!

Answer: Yes, it is a scam. I ordered three items in May (it's now the end of July) and I still haven't received them. Call your bank and file a fraud claim or go through PayPal. Bank is faster.
