The crap they send you looks nothing like the photos!
Also, you can't return the merchandise because America is not allowing returns to CHINA so you're stuck with it!
If you're reading a review that says anything different than you get garbage, it is a fake review. I had to settle on a 35% refund which they left out several items I purchased when they calculated the refund, so I got screwed twice!
What you see is NOT NOT NOT what you will get. The picture are beautiful and fool you into thinking that you are getting quality clothing BUT YOU ARE NOT! The fabric is super cheap - worse than bargin basement. I wish I had looked at reviews before I bought. I am not a snob - TRUST me on this STAY AWAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!

Boutique amazing! They have a great variety of very good quality brands at reasonable prices. They also have very good designs. I have always had a very good experience with shipping etc. I recommend buying!

The order always arrives fast! They have such a diverse range of designs for sale at the best price. Everyone always asks where I get my clothes from! I have never been happy with my order.
The clothes look nothing like the photos online! My T- shirts and shorts were " dry clean only"! Shipping took 45 days, and customer service was terrible with just a standard computer reply. Save your money shop somewhere else!

This is by far the worst company ever! I've tried multiple times to get my money back and they refuse! They say item shipped, and give tracking number that if it works, Alesha dead end once it reaches U. S! Sadly I ordered two orders a week apart and have to take a loss. I'm looking into consumer protection to get them banned from our Facebook and everywhere else they pop up!

I was trying to find a dress that I couldn't find anywhere else and I found it on this website. It was easy to use and had some great options. It was one of the best online experiences I've had, easy to order, pay and deliver really fast. The dress was also wrapped! I will definitely use it again.
The page is very easy to navigate to find all the perfect quality clothes! I love everything I buy and always come back for more, customer service is also second to none.
This boutique offers a wide range of women's fashion, many new actions for any budget. Delivery was fast and the items ordered were true to what is shown on the website.
This company is in blatant violation of the United States of America's 15 US Code, Paragraph 54: False Advertisements; penalties.
Minimally, this company should be penalized by blocking their ability to Advertise via Google, or any other source in the US.
Three unlawful behaviors experienced by me and by many others based on reviews found on Sitejabber alone are:
(1) The false claim that they sell Linen clothing (a high demand item, especially in the summer). When you order clothes with natural fabrics, you receive polyester knockoffs rather than be told they are out of stock.
(2) The images they use to sell on their website show high quality constructed clothing. When you receive your item you get poor quality knockoffs of the item in the picture made from low grade polyester with faux print that looks like the embroidery as shown in the image.
(3) By making a profit from these false claims via the USPS, they are committing mail fraud. Plus, they make it completely impossible to make returns and there is no exchange policy.
Please do something. Based on this alone, Roselinlin should not be allowed to advertise in the US.

I have bought here at least 10 times! Each time has been perfect! Good quality... accurate images! Easily my favorite online clothing store. I have even used their return process, the staff is always helpful and the service is fast
Fantastic site, great quality clothes and fast shipping! Plus, with the convenience of paying, you meet all online shopping requirements. I was happy with my purchase and will definitely be a repeat customer.
It took several weeks to get the merchandise. The quality of the clothing is very poor, (but I guess that should be expected because of the price). Size small is gigantic. Their return policy consists of them emailing me the option of returning the clothing to China - which they advised was very expensive due to international postage rates - and because of the international shipping, they could not determine a timeline when my return would be processed. My other option was to settle for a 15% cash refund to put towards altering the clothing. I took the 15% refund and donated the clothes to ARC. Poor way to do business. With all the other reliable clothing lines to choose from my recommendation is to AVOID Rosalinlin.

I ordered a dress on 6/16 and am still waiting 3 weeks later. According to the tracking number the item has not even arrived at the post office yet. Never again. Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering.

It has been 6 weeks. The "logististics tracking" on multiple items either says "not shipped" or "Departed partner facility. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date."
I have no indication on when it will arrive - the season will be gone. Two more weeks and then I will get the credit card involved.

This website is very easy to navigate and find the clothes I am looking for, it has the perfect style and a lot of variety. I can't wait to get things out of here for my birthday!
Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
Answer: Please do not order - the clothes smell and are awful quality. Do not be fooled by the pictures!
Answer: Throw it out! It will cost you $$$ to return it and they know this.
Answer: Yes, it is a scam. I ordered three items in May (it's now the end of July) and I still haven't received them. Call your bank and file a fraud claim or go through PayPal. Bank is faster.
Answer: Yep... six weeks or more. No way to return crappy items. No way to contact them when you don't get what you ordered Sham from start to finish!
Answer: They dupped us. i got 20% back on a 114$ order. Donate clothes. Or give away and warn others
