This is the worst company; misrepresentation of goods, poor quality, mis-sized, items missing, return shipping and customs fees more than the purchase. They offered me 15% refund instead of "the shipping hassle". Then I requested 75% and they came back with 25% which I took. I reported them to the US Federal trade Commission. Thankfully, I paid with PayPal so they couldn't steal my banking info like other customers have experienced.
If you want to give your hard earned money to the Chinese, here is a good opportunity for you. You get what they are well known for in return - crap. If you love dogs, freedom and are American, do not buy from China! Wait until they own us someday -- which they will if you continue to patronize them.

I would never order from this company again. Comes from China so takes forever. Then you have to pay all shipping and fees. Or they will refund 15% that they say you can use to get different sizes. I didn't like Quality of clothing either.

This company has beautiful things however if you order from them do not expect to receive your order within a reasonable amount of time it's been two months and I am still waiting. I placed an order with this company for the first time on May 9,2020. I ordered six pairs of sandals and one jacket. When I received my order confirmation one of my items was on back order, a pair of purple sandals. On May 18,2020 I received a notice that the other six items had shipped. Today July 14,2020 I still have not received my order
On May 30,2020 my purple sandals which were on back order were shipped. I received them on June 27,2020. I have sent countless emails and still I do not have the rest of my order and Roselinlin will not refund my money or produce my order. I am out $130.00 So spend your money somewhere else with a company that values their customers because you may never get your order if you order it from here.

I have been a client of his boutique for just over a year. I am really excited about them.
The service is fantastic, the communication is also excellent.
I had to return a couple of items and that process was really easy, they happily reimbursed my purchases.
The online clothing site also adds different clothing designs each season, along with great discounts, prices are reasonable. Great service, postage is normal if you need to return an item.
Amazing online shopping site! Impressive clothing for each figure; Great variety, fast and easy to navigate website. Fast service and reliable delivery; beautifully delivered packages. The girls here are wonderful. I am addicted! I totally recommend it to anyone who wants to buy reliable and always nice clothes online.
They have great seasonal promotions, I love their suggested outfits. It gives me great ideas on how to use some accessories with your dresses. I really like this online boutique.
Waited over a month for the items, when I received them I no longer needed them for a trip I was planning. I have requested to return them and received an offer for 15% discount. I do not want the items, they sent a return label in which I would have to pay for to return, I went to the post office and it is $30.00 to return. I am waiting for them to respond to my email to pick up the cost of the return. By the looks of the reviews it isn't going to happen!

Ordered on 5/4/20. Still waiting 7/13/20. They always tell me my order's on the way and give me a tracking number that doesn't go anywhere. Stay away!

I found this little gem of a boutique by searching for the shoes I like online, I got them $15 less than in a mall store, I ended up getting another pair. 2 pairs of full leather shoes for $110 including delivery, that's a bargain! They are comfortable and beautiful, they feel excellent quality!
I love this site and the ladies who run it! The wide variety of clothing and stylish outfits that are emailed always inspire me to shop hahaha!
Super fast shipping is great and the way they pack their packages always makes me feel like a valued customer :)
This company fails in its transparency to the consumer. Read the return policy. It says one thing and then when a return is necessary, they inform the consumer that the merchandise must be returned to CHINA and the consumer is not only responsible for the shipping (they do not inform the consumer of this) the consumer is responsible for customs charges as well. Furthermore, the product quality is very poor. The company refuses to take responsibility for their lack of transparency, yet they would rather offer a 15% refund and then when pushed, they move that to 25%. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Ordered over $100 of clothing on May 25,2020. No updates to the tracking number since June 15,2020. Customer service continues to tell me to wait. They will not cancel my order or credit my account after numerous requests telling them I have never received the merchandise. Do not buy from this company.

So I figured these guys out! Yes they are China... they create super cute clothing in the most flattering, expensive fabrics that fit and hang on the body wonderfully, that's what they display in the pics on the models on their website... when you purchase though, the items may look very similar to what you picked out but they have manufactured with the cheapest fabric possible... completely different structure of the clothing at that point... Always, always dispute with the credit card you used when purchasing their stuff after you figure out you've been had... send them pics of what you got versus the item displayed online... pretty obvious what they are doing

I buy a lot of clothes here and have rarely had to return an item. If I do, any issues have been resolved quickly and efficiently. The website is very easy to navigate with many of the brands that I like to use. Prices are comparable to purchases in unmall and their sale prices are good deals.
Such a good site, that I received an email from someone very soon after my order was placed, informing me that unfortunately no stock was available. They sent me a small gift as an apology. I wasn't expecting that at all as stock issues can occur with online shopping. Thank you very much, I will go shopping with you simply because of the previous service I received :)
Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
Answer: Please do not order - the clothes smell and are awful quality. Do not be fooled by the pictures!

Answer: Yes, it is a scam. I ordered three items in May (it's now the end of July) and I still haven't received them. Call your bank and file a fraud claim or go through PayPal. Bank is faster.
Answer: Yep... six weeks or more. No way to return crappy items. No way to contact them when you don't get what you ordered Sham from start to finish!
Answer: They dupped us. i got 20% back on a 114$ order. Donate clothes. Or give away and warn others
