I had made a spelling mistake on my order. I emailed when I realized the issue and was very worried. They emailed me back very quickly, and fixed the mistake for me. I was very appreciative of this and also the clear correspondence with the company. My mother received her gift, and absolutely loves it! Quality is very good and turned out better then I even thought it would.

I requested expedited shipping for my order which I was told they corrected and it would be shipped ASAP. It took 17 days to come after I received my notice that it had shipped. Then when I received my order it was not all the size in the picture. I will not be ordering from them again.

I was charged for my order a month ago and still have not received it. Was misled to believe it would arrive in time for Christmas, which it did not.

I'm very disappointed in the quality of the print and the frame. The print itself is pixilated, dull in color. For $70 I could have done better printing it up myself on a high quality photo paper with better photos of the flower. The font of the names at the bottom is not the same font as the top, again all very poor quality for a $70 photo. I could have gotten a better frame at Dollar General store.

Arrived too late for Christmas, the quality was not great.

The item I ordered came and it was lovely and as described on the website. I had to wait quite a while for it to arrive. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. But I reached out to customer service and they tried their best to get it to me as quickly as possible.

Ordered my product over a month ago and still haven't received my product. Was told from the customer service rep to "be patient" as if I haven't been for the last 4 or 5 weeks. Do yourself a favor and do not order from this site!

Came broken and took a lot of fighting to get them to send a new one.

What I ordered was extremely cheaply made, image was pixelated, and not the right size. It broke when I gave the gift to my mom. I paid so much for something so crappy. And then I was only offered a 20% compensation? Are you kidding me?

My presents never came, customer service wasn't at all helpful. No order confirmation was ever sent. I was told to just keep waiting. I had to finally dispute the charges

Horrible. Late, cracked in half, won't give refund.

Read reviews outside of their website. They're known to be have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau and should be avoided.

Customer service took forever to reply and when they replied, the cancellation policy period is expired. They asked restocking and shipping cost deducted from the refund even though they have not shipped it yet. Beware of this.

I ordered my stuff on November 30 and didn't receive it for 34 days. Unacceptable. Will never use y'all again

I bought the wooden frame with flowers for each of the kids' birthday months, and they came out ok. All the extras I purchased to fill out the picture came out terrible. They were pixelated, poorly printed, and had dull coloring. Additionally, the frame was cheap, flimsy wood, with one of the corners already separated from the picture where it was glued. I was extremely disappointed as it was not cheap and I didn't receive it until 5 weeks after ordering, right before Christmas, so there was no time to get a replacement. I wouldn't recommend this company's products to anyone.

I got it for christmas for my gf and it came in on time and was amazing
