What a great personalized gift!

I got one of these beautiful pictures made for my stepmom for Christmas and she absolutely loves it! I'm going to be ordering more for myself and for my mom on mother's Day! Such a nice personalized gift that means the world to the recipient! It was very easy to order, took a while for it to ship and get to my stepmom, but it's made to order with each personalization and I ordered beginning of December so that's to be expected with the holidays. Great experience and would definitely recommend as a gift, whoever you get it for will love it!

I bought this as a gift for my brother and his family. The shipping said it would be there in nine days. I ordered it the beginning of December and it was just received January 5 so having said that they absolutely loved what I ordered. It was a family tree with their names engraved, they think it's just beautiful. So I would order again from them however, I would take into consideration how long it would take to get where I wanted it to go. I was pleased.

Ordered a print with two flowers and butterflies on it. One of the flowers was not printed correctly. Been a hassle to try to return the item to get fixed or simply a refund. Would not recommend buying from this company.

I'm usually not in a hurry or too picky about stuff… but I ordered this 2 weeks before Christmas and it showed up 2 weeks after Christmas… if this came from China or wherever it needs to be made clear to the buyer…

Order late and pixelated

I ordered this for Christmas Dec. 3rd with an 8-12 day shipping estimate. Didn't get it until January. They printed my shipping label Dec 16th but according to tacking didn't drop the package off until Dec. 26 (after I emailed RoseFeel 2 times that the label had been printed a week ago they told me to be patient and magically 2 days later tracking updated from label printed to package in transit) then when I finally got the item it is blurry/pixelated. Not at all what was expected.

More than pleased!

Ordering was simple, keeping track of shipment was slightly concerning as I couldn't track the package, with that said, when thr package arrived, and I saw the beautiful work that was done with the personalization, it made the wait worth it.
My mother even cried when recieved it.

Almost perfect gift

The only thing I wish I could fix about the flower bouquet picture is the greenery at the back being just as crisp as everything else. It's so pixilated that you can't really tell what it is but the rest of the picture was perfect!
