This order was supposed to be a Christmas gift. When I ordered the website stated shipping would be within 3 to 5 days. I ordered the item on December 3rd. Today is January 3rd and my daughter is still not received the Christmas gift. I have emailed customer support 4 times. The latest being yesterday. After the first email I was giving a tracking number. That tracking number showed that the item was waiting to be shipped for almost 2 weeks. After emailing about that, the tracking number then showed shipped. After emailing again, the tracking number then showed that the package was waiting "at a facility", for well over another week. After my last email, the tracking number finally showed that it was shipped and out for delivery, which is today. This change in the tracking came after I requested to cancel my order so that I might buy my daughter a new gift as she did not receive this one in time.

There was no communication after I ordered the picture. I had no idea when it would arrive or even if the order went through. I still did not get an answer after I reached out to the company. The picture did arrive one day before Christmas, but the size and quality were not what was expected.
Came in a timely manner and the quality of work on actual names/flowers was very good however the frame was cheaper wood/cardboard material and were all damaged upon delivery. It was crammed in a box that was too small and not enough packing to protect it. We had to try to repair and paint it before giving to the kids grandma.

When I ordered it came it a timely fashion and it looks beautiful my wife loves it but the chain iis cheap for what we paid for the necklace.it has some kinks in it. There She loved the heart and the stones and the engravings of her daughter's names!
Ordered as a Christmas gift on 12/4. It took two weeks for them to even ship it. It didn't arrive until after Christmas and looks very cheap. The platter is plastic, very disappointing.

The front clear lense with the etching on it was broken along with the internal matting. Had to take it apart to somewhat put it back together. Overall quality is decent, I guess. Not sure it was worth $65 but was what my son wanted to get for his mom for Christmas so I did it.
