You're asking me to rate my experience when I have not even received my order. You use a shipping company that doesn't have a known name & when I emailed about where my order was I got no response, just an email asking me to rate my experience!
I had nothing but bad experiences! The product was almost 3 weeks later than expected, the product is so much smaller than I expected and the writing quality is blurry! I am very disappointed.
I have contacted support about this issue but have not heard anything back…
It said the package was delivered but it wasnt... waited several weeks and never received product.

This item could not be described as a platter. Much smaller than I was expecting. Service was oh so slow. The item is cheap looking, and I am so disappointed. I will never shop on this site again.
I chose this gift for my grandmothers 70th birthday. I was so excited for it, but when it FINALLY arrived, the picture was crooked and off center. Very poorly done.
I ordered it on the 4th, paid for expedited shipping (3-4 days) hoping to get it before her birthday party. I didn't receive it until the 20th! I got a notification on the 11th from the post office saying the label was made but the product still hadn't been received. So even if the product took some time to "make" from the 11th to the 20th is NOT expedited shipping.
DONT BUT ANYTHING FROM HERE. THERE LEGIT SCAMMERS, I HAD TO GO TO MY BANK AND DISPUTE MY TRANSACTION BECAUSE THEY TOOK MY MONWY AND WOULDN'T GIVE ME MY $#*!!

The item itself is and looks amazing, I'm very impatient and the item came almost a month later.
I ordered my item on June 2nd and selected the 5-8 days delivery option. I purposefully ordered it super early so that it would come in time for our June 24th 1 year wedding anniversary. The item did not come in time for that but was delivered on the 27th. 25 days after ordering! Very disappointed with that service.

This company is a scam and a joke. I ordered a personalized Mother's Day sign that not only showed up a month late, but is also a peice of junk. They advertise a nice frame when really it is a thin peice of wood that is glued to the picture. When I emailed asking they told me I would need to pay shipping to return it to china. When I asked to speak to the manager they simply responded with "sorry". This site is aweful. Please don't waste your money.
We ordered a picture of a flower bouquet for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day and not only did it come a month later than it was supposed to, the product was also cheap and not at all what was discribed or pictured. I paid over $80 for something flimsy that looks like it cost $10. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Don't waste your money here.
I spent good money to receive a T-shirt for Father's Day. Got a receipt, but never anything after that I end up happening to email them and ask them where my order was to which they told me well. We never received your third picture so I resent them and then never heard anything again, zero stars if I could

I ordered a nana garden picture paid $25 extra in shipping to get in within 5 days it took almost a month to get it and the product looked like it should of cost $5 not over $100. I contacted customer service and I have yet to get a refund of any kind. This is a scam! Do not use them!
