This company is terrible they have had my money for my product for over a month now and I have yet to see anything claiming that my already purchased product has been shipped to me. They have terrible customer service support and I will never be working with them again

I placed an order over a month ago and it has not even shipped. They claimed I would get a refund of $10 and they would expedite but still no word and no refund. Bad experience. I want my money back but haven't heard anything from them. It was expensive so I'm pretty upset about it.

I ordered a couple of gifts for mother's day and it took 2 months and a lot of B.S. Emails back and forth from the supposed "customer support" rep that kept responding with a "please keep waiting" reply. I'll NEVER order from this rip off company again, their support and service sucks, did I mention that I paid for express freight but it still took 2 months to get!

Ordered Father's Day gift that was advertised online. I ordered a month in advance. 3 weeks later emailed customer service because it still had not been shipped out. The package finally arrived over 30 days later which required me getting a different Father's Day gift. I Would not recommend ordering from this company

The names and flowers were beautifully painted on. The names were legible. The size is perfect for her window sill. My master gardener mother was thrilled with grandma's garden!

Excited to see how it looks when it's all finished. My only hand written recipe from my father's favorite cookie he made ever Christmas 💙

Order is 1 month late with no date of shipping in sight. Customer service keeps stalling. I tried to get a shipping confirmation, just keep saying production issue. After one week of back and forth ( already one month late), they won't issue a refund and wants me to wait for a late present that has no date in sight and won't give a refund.

Do NOT buy from this company! My package is incredibly late (which ruined the Father's Day I was doing for my husband). And when I emailed their customer service, I got back a response that was completely useless. "Hope your package arrives soon!" It was probably AI generated. I asked for a full refund. Since they're not bothering to hold up their end of this transaction, why should I (in the form of payment for services rendered).

Product took quite a while to be delivered. I am glad I left a month before the birthday party.

Never received my order. I waited for over a month and was only given a vague explanation as to why there was issues. Reimbursement was paid in full though so I guess that's cool lol

The wood work was lovely, but the images used for the hands looked so blurry and I was not happy with that. The image of the hands is too pixel and looks blurry, like an over stretched image.

Today is my granddaughter's bridal shower and still haven't received my order from May 10. I am very disappointed!

However the frame was shattered and needs to be replaced. Also I accidentally ordered two gifts and one was shattered in transit, so I'm glad I ordered two.

It took over a month and a half to receive my order. When it arrived it was broken in 5 pieces.

Been waiting for a long time for what I ordered. Still don't have what I ordered. They keep saying I should have it in a few days but nothing. Item is coming from China. Very suspicious. Get rid of this company and China.

Never received my order after waiting for almost two months. Then I only was credited half because they had to "cancel the production."
