I still haven't received my product. I tried to cancel my order weeks ago, and I wouldn't be able to get a full refund. Do your research, and read the reviews on other (neutral) sites. Hopefully, the product will be worth all of this, but I doubt it.

After one use, most of the letters and grill washed off. Very disappointing.

Purchased item on June 11th 2024. Item took more than 3 weeks to arrive even after paying an additional priority fee for faster processing.

I ordered 2 products with 5-8 day shipping and it took 2 months with a few emails along the way saying that the package was delivered when it was not. The order arrived with misspelled words. Total junk.

This is the second time I'm typing this, because I had to redo all my login info for this site. So now I'm even more upset as I'm reliving the nightmare of this purchase. I ordered a customized plate for father's day 6 weeks before the holiday. The site said products ship in 5-10 business. I received my order AFTER father's day. It was MUCH smaller than the picture eluded it to be, but I'll own fault for not checking the measurements. The picture was not helpful, which was a big part of the sale. I had the plate for ONE day. I HAND washed it and all of the artwork came off with a gentle sponge. I have a cricut and could have made something that lasted way longer, but I thought I was getting a great product for FIFTY FIVE DOLLARS! This place seemed to be from a dollar store with cheap stickers placed on it. I was, am livid. That's so much money down the drain. AWFUL!

Order was originally misplaced, but was taken care of within a couple of days. Order was shipped to satisfactory.

We had a bracelet made for Father's Day and it turned out better than expected. The bracelet was beautiful and incorporated our four daughters names on the charms.

I was very disappointed. It looked cheap and did not reflect the cost I paid for it. It took a long time and it was really poor quality.

Easy to customize and beautiful product. Will order again for others for gifts.

Got charged twice ordered over a month ago and never recieved it. Could not find a number to call. Finally found email address. Grad is over had to buy a different gift. Would like a refund and cancel order it is now July 7th.

I received a very thin 1/2" wide frame that was in a 10" x 15" rectangle. The picture included in the frame had the flowers I requested representing my grandchildren, but they did not resemble any type of bouquet. There was much space between the flowers, which made them all visible, but they really didn't look like any kind of a cohesive group. I was appalled to realize that I had paid $75.00 for this very minimal item. I feel like I've been totally ripped off!

Planter a little smaller then what I wanted, but otherwise just what I was looking for. Colorful and was able to put all seven names I wanted on it.

It took triple the time to get my bracelet. I had to wait almost a month when it should have been 5-7 business days.

It's been weeks and no gift to give. I will never order from here again

It took a long time to ship, but I cannot solely blame them because after it's out of their hands it not their fault. When it finally came my husband went to wash it so he could use it and the entire design slid off of it. There were no special instructions on how to clean it and it is good safe, per the description, so it should also be able to be washed.

The vase is good quality, but the writing is so small that you can't read the names. Also, this was a Mother's Day gift that took 1.5 months to get. I would have appreciated if they would have reached out to me to let me know there was a delay, unfortunately I had to reach out to them twice.
