The piece is gorgeous but within a few days began warping and disassembling so I am currently trying to repair it with wood glue
I paid extra for shipping to occur, for a gift for my mother while she was in town. The item was late, after she returned home (a good distance away). We have to now have the item shipped to her (and we didn't have a gift for her 80th birthday)... I was refunding some money as a result, which I appreciate, yet the experience was less than ideal

The ink on the text is very faded- it's supposed to be black but looks more like a brownish red - I'm thinking of trying to fill it in with a black magic marker for the amount of money I paid for this product. I certainly expected better quality.

Everything went good as far as the guilty of the product. My only complaint was the shipping took a bit longer than expected and I paid for the fast option. Would recommend to others just give enough time for product to be personalized and shipped.
Ordered 2 separate orders that stated 5-8 day shipping. 1 order came 20+ days later and the stitching of the name and date on the sleeve was horrible and the second order has still not came and it's been over 30 days now.

I don't expect to receive the product I ordered and paid for, if I am to judge my experience by others who have been scammed. I take the view of "it only cost me XXX amount of dollars to find this out and I only have to do it once." Don't waste your time...or your money.
I've been waiting for 2 months for shipment or any notification, bought here before with no problems, don't understand what is going on with the new order.
