I placed my order in early November llto make sure I'd receive my good in plenty of time for Christmas.
They have not even started my order yet and all o hear from customer service is that they'll rush it yet the status connotes to say not ready.
They had no problem taking my money up front.
They should have, at the very least, given some type of time table before I ordered.
I have no idea whether or not I'll see my orders before Christmas.

First, the product was supposed to be a Thanksgiving gift, besides that fact that RoseFeels says it was delivered the day after, we never received it, and checking with the postal service the day after Thanksgiving was a new driver to our route, so it could have wound up at any farmhouse. Then they wouldn't return our messages until we had our credit card company fill a dispute.Then they still kept harassing us!

When I first received my order it was packaged nice. Opened the box only to find out my order was wrong. Still haven't received a replacement.

Pretty disappointed. I definitely overlooked that this item was plastic. Second, I had paid for the VIP additional add on for faster processing and paid for the additional expedite shipping. Still took about 3 weeks. Best of all, it arrived broken. I asked for a refund because it wasn't even worth waiting another 3 weeks and that wasn't an option unless I sent the broken plate back and then would be refunded once they received it. Every email exchange with the company was a mess due to the language barrier. I assume google translate was being used. Best of luck if you order from here!

I ordered an item that said 5-8 business day delivery. It took 17… it was an anniversary gift and showed up well after the anniversary… it also showed up broken. I emailed the company and they informed me I could only return if I paid the shipping… that's absurd. I'm not paying anything to return your broken item that showed up late. After several back and forth emails I was offered 80% refund… so basically pay the return shipping or pay 20% for a broken item that took 17 days to get to me after my anniversary… I would be never purchase from this company again and I caution anyone thinking about it… I saved pictures and email. This company is very unethical and takes zero accountability for their company or maybe they take 80% of it. Do not buy from them.

Primero se tomo mucho tiempo en llegar a mi hogar. Y las inscripciones de los 3 nombres no se ven era un regalo para mi mamá. La pizza esta bien bonita pero nos se ven los nombres una pena que uno page tanto y no se vean. Gracias y que tengan Feliz Navidad.

My delivery took over two weeks and when it arrived it was poor quality and had grammar issues and they refused to reimburse me my money. Will never purchase another product from them

Placed my orders on November 3,2024 after a month and a day later I still haven't received my items. I am giving this company a week to fulfill my purchases otherwise I will file a dispute.

Was told my mother's bday gift would arrive on time after paying for "VIP" service...2 weeks later...nothing.

The Gigi Garden sign was perfect!
Everything was as seen, and arrived on time.

So far everything has been easy. The product is well made and just what we wanted.
