I finally received my order after contacting customer service a couple of times. I understand that they have more orders to feel than mine, but I didn't expect it to take so long to receive my order. I am happy with my order though, the finished product was just as I ordered.

Received the item and it looked beautiful, but the last name was broken off. Luckily it wasn't a bad break and I was able to use super glue to fix and not noticeable. As it was a present, I made sure to really bubble wrap it to ensure safe travel. But it was very beautiful and should be a great present. Thank you

Based off the pictures on the website I expected a higher quality product. I was disappointed with what I received. It looks cheap. I am reconsidering giving this as a gift.
There is a kink in the chain and the jem looks extremely fake and looks like plastic, the gem is supposed to be pink but it is more of a cloudy clear. I don't think I will be ordering from this supplier again or referring it to anyone else.
