Ordered this on April 23 with hopes of having it by mothers day. On April 30, a shipping label was created, but never shipped. When I asked about this, all I got was the tracking number, but no acknowledgement of the fact that it wasn't shipped. Needless to say, the item arrived a week after mother's day when orders state they ship in 4-8 business days from purchase

Said it would arrive in 4-8 business days so I had it shipped to me because I knew my mom would be with me on Mother's Day. It took 3 times that long so now I have the gift and my mother has come and gone. Quality is only soso. I reported it as a fraudulent charge because I couldn't track it online and was way past expected delivery

Loved the look and natural feel of this custom product. I certainly understand how something like that takes some time but was really hoping this gift would have arrived in time for Mother's Day but missed the mark by several days even when ordering near 1 month in advance.

Ordered this product April 21st and expedited shipping so I would have it well before Mother's Day. Package arrived late and I understand it has more to do with the shipping provider than it does Rosefeels.
