At First I wasn't sure about the site because it was my first time. But I took a chance and I am so happy I did.

These guys are legit! The delivery took 2 weeks but it was Mother's Day and shipping issues right now. Plus they might actually make those themselves which explains the time

Ordered this on April 23 with hopes of having it by mothers day. On April 30, a shipping label was created, but never shipped. When I asked about this, all I got was the tracking number, but no acknowledgement of the fact that it wasn't shipped. Needless to say, the item arrived a week after mother's day when orders state they ship in 4-8 business days from purchase

It took a lot longer to complete my order and be delivered than what was advertised. I am very satisfied with the product just not the delivery time.

I wish it would have given an option to put a name as the center piece instead of mom. It was confusing and I had to remove my wife's name as a puzzle piece. It was also smaller than expected for the price.

Order was only delivered when I followed up on it and, despite being ordered in plenty of time, according to the site, it didn't arrive in time for the relevant event.

Said it would arrive in 4-8 business days so I had it shipped to me because I knew my mom would be with me on Mother's Day. It took 3 times that long so now I have the gift and my mother has come and gone. Quality is only soso. I reported it as a fraudulent charge because I couldn't track it online and was way past expected delivery

Great product only thing i noticed was no option for cat hearts

Loved the look and natural feel of this custom product. I certainly understand how something like that takes some time but was really hoping this gift would have arrived in time for Mother's Day but missed the mark by several days even when ordering near 1 month in advance.

I bought my mother her Mother's Day gift here and it came as described, nicely packaged and on time...

Ordered a gift for my wife for mother's day 2 weeks ahead of time. Paid for the 10 day delivery option. Received the product a week after mother's day with customer service only saying "give it more time".

My gift was late. I paid extra for quick shipping. I wanted it here on time and it wasn't. I will not be ordering here again unfortunately.

The only thing I wish is that I could put together the puzzle piece the way I'd like to do it so I can connect it like a family like a family tree

As advertise nice looking cam out better than I thought just wish I had gotten a longer size necklace

Shipping took a bit long. Product was nice. Wife loves it.

Ordered this product April 21st and expedited shipping so I would have it well before Mother's Day. Package arrived late and I understand it has more to do with the shipping provider than it does Rosefeels.
