Mixed experience

My kids and ordered for Mother's Day about 2 weeks+ ahead. The shipping information had that it was in so Cal (2 hrs from my house) 4 days before MD but did not get to my home we'll past a week after MD. So as cute and meaningful it was sad for our kids.

Took way to long on delivery, was not delivered until after the event it was ordered for even though it was promised before. Very little communication from company about shipping or anything. When I reached out to find out where my package was it took 3 day for them to email me back

Great product. Very nice.

I had a hard time retrieving tracking info after ordering a mother's day gift 2 weeks prior to Mother's day.
The package just arrived Saturday May 21.

With no tracking updates given... I was beginning to believe that I had been scammed.

All good now that I have the product.
