Real easy to order will order and I need to order two beads

My kids and ordered for Mother's Day about 2 weeks+ ahead. The shipping information had that it was in so Cal (2 hrs from my house) 4 days before MD but did not get to my home we'll past a week after MD. So as cute and meaningful it was sad for our kids.

Took way to long on delivery, was not delivered until after the event it was ordered for even though it was promised before. Very little communication from company about shipping or anything. When I reached out to find out where my package was it took 3 day for them to email me back

Good product, shipping info to the customer was bad and took a while.

I had a hard time retrieving tracking info after ordering a mother's day gift 2 weeks prior to Mother's day.
The package just arrived Saturday May 21.

With no tracking updates given... I was beginning to believe that I had been scammed.

All good now that I have the product.

I ordered it a head time and paid extra to get it by mother's day and it came days later.

It would have been nice if there was more communication as to the progress of my order as well as an email notification on when the product shipped. I did receive it later than what I was expecting to as I was hoping to receive it by Mother's Day.

I orderedit two weeks before Mother's Day and assumed it would arrive in time. It didn't, It came 4 days after Mother's Day. Just a little slower response time than I thought would happen.

Overall it was a good experience and customer support was helpful

Product took a little longer than I thought to get to me, but overall turned out great and my wife loved her gift.

My daughter loves the ring, and it is pretty. However, I ordered the ring a month before Mother's Day. I paid for expedited shipping. The ring only arrived Wednesday. It was three weeks late.

It just took a little while to come in, if I would have known that I would have ordered a month prior, but man what a beautiful home decoration. My girlfriend will love it. Thank you so much for the item. It was well worth the wait!

Was worried it might be a scam website, but items came on time and just as described. Only thing I would say is make sure to read the dimensions, actual products might be different size than the pictures.
